Agreed he isn't over it, but he said he isn't too. Why he won't do intuitive eating.
Anyone watch helenarose?
Yeah I do! She's one of the few vegan youtubers I actually still enjoy watching. I like how self-deprecating her sense of humour and editing style are, and she seems quite down-to-earth. I also think she gives sensible advice about nutrition/ED recovery and her approach to food is refreshingly
normal for the vegan community (and in general). I follow her friend Sophie (cornonthecob) on instagram too, and she seems like another fairly mature one with nice, non-rabbitey, normal recipes.
I like Miles (healthycrazycool) too, though I agree with some of the earlier posters that the exaggerated love/appreciation of certain food and going on and on about the volume on his plate sort of still seem disordered - but I do appreciate the fact that he's honest about this. And then again, does anyone have a completely 'normal' relationship with food in this day and age... I like his no-BS approach to veganism, though. And while I can't afford to eat like him nor do I ever crave fruit/veg in those quantities, I agree with his stance on how intuitive eating can be dangerous for some people. His nut butter reviews genuinely kill me - they're great.
Which other vegan youtubers are people still watching/are somewhat palatable? I watch Unnatural Vegan sometimes, and I like Madeleine Olivia and NikkiVegan's content in general. I follow JessBeautician, SweetPotatoSoul, Rachel Ama, Bosh, and PickUpLimes for recipes too.
