His grandmother emigrated from the Isle of Lewis to the US in the 30s so like a lot of Americans, he thinks it makes him Scottish but the majority of us have always hated the tosspot. When he built his golf courses he tossed a bunch of people out of their homes who had been there for years. A couple of families refused so he turned off their water and resorted to the usual name calling he does when he doesn't get his own way.
