I think the video had a good message. I generally don't dislike people because I'm jealous of them, I tend to separate them as two separate things. I think the thumbnail was to attract people for that coin $$$

This demonstrates exactly the toxic positivity that Jade loves to flaunt. She perpetuates this idea of not feeling any form of negative emotion, including hate/dislike, when in reality these emotions are what makes us human. It's completely illogical to deny girls to dislike others by writing it off as 'jealousy' because in reality there are so many reasons one may dislike another that have absolutely nothing to do with jealousy. I dislike my friend's girlfriend; not because I am jealous of her but because she's a nasty person who treats my friend poorly.

There are many valid reasons to feel negative emotions such as anger, sadness, dislike, and one of the reasons why I have lost all of my respect for Jade is because of this toxic positivity that she thrusts upon her acolytes; she perpetuates this fantasy world where turning your back to any kind of negative emotion is the way to go, which is simply not the case.

i couldnt get through more than 2 min of that video sp missed the ad and just thought the razor clips at the start were odd typical influencer who will shill anything why are we surprised? also a bizarre choice kf video to includethat ad in? yet another product iwill actively choose not to buy

it’s ok to be jealous if it’s ‘oh I’m so jealous she has these cute shoes’ or ‘I’m jealous he went on a cruise’, I’d openly admit I’m jealous my sister had the wedding I could only dream of BUT I don’t hate or even dislike any of them for it?
hatred is hatred, jealousy is jealousy, unless you’re an incredibly bitter person I rarely see how they can overlap?

very random, but it remindsme of that self help guru in donnie darko (a video ofthis randomly came up in ny youtube today ) who says there are two points, either love or fear, as if that's how simple life is anyone else rememeber?

I'm not sure about the message of this video. Of course SOME people are resentful because of jealousy, but pinning down any negative feeling and criticism about someone to jealousy just seems like a recipe for eternally dodging accountability. Some criticisms are completely valid and have nothing to do with jealousy. Saying that you wouldn't notice a bad thing about someone if you weren't jealous of them seems like a really unhealthy message to send.

what Jade is saying is actually so common amongst influencers who just don't want to face criticisms they receive.
