Another stupid one is the Pringle ad where the silly sod sticks his hand in the tube and gets it stuck instead of doing what normal people do and tip the last one out.

It’s a wonder they didn’t get Danielle Lloyd to advertise them.

1. The guy looks like he ought to be on a sex offenders list.
2. Who TF drinks Carling Black Label? Tastes like piss and probably has the same alcohol content.

That Walkers crisps one with Beckham and Thierry Henri. It lasts about half an hour.

The Birds Eye chicken dippers advert where the woman calls it Blands Day and replaces their dinner with chicken dippers which are the definition of bland without sauce

The fairy advert where Vogue Williams is saying it’s ok to dry your clothes inside as they can smell like you hung them outside due to the fabric conditioner. Except the washing is hung on an indoor airer next to a window with blue skies. So it could be hung outside!

I’m guessing she does her laundry by handing it over to a maid. I mean, I’m sure no celebrity washes their own knickers, but someone so wealthy advertising washing stuff is ridiculous.

The new yodelling one with the guy repeating his takeaway order via yodelling and it’s wittily translated at the bottom of the screen, omg it grates on me so much I switch off when I see it, I don’t even know what it’s advertising

But what about these...

Mr Kipling advert where the boy goes to the party and steals a cake for his miserable sister who is, for some reason, at home. This advert has always made me uncomfortable. Everyone seems to hate the boy at the party and they don’t want him to have any cake. He clearly has something on his mind and then his mother is looking at him in a worried way in the car. Then they get home and he rushes to give his sister the cake but she tells him to get out until she sees the cake and then they give each other a disturbing up and down look. I don’t like it.

Dominos advert. This has been bothering me for ages. The dad wants to get a takeaway for his rude family. He is clearly so anxious about upsetting them with the wrong choice - that he’s paying for, by the way - he creates an alternative reality where he is literally evicted from his own home and made to live in the garden in the middle of a thunder storm because he got an expensive takeaway that no one liked. He then says he’s going to order Dominos (no one has assisted in deciding what they want, by the way; they have just moaned about what they don’t want) and his awful daughter says ‘yeah’ in the most irritating scrunched up face voice as if to say ‘that’s right Dad, you idiot, you’ve finally worked it out’.

Then no one says thank you. Awful awful awful.

Go Compare - well these have always been annoying haven’t they. But since lockdown it’s got worse because the Go Compare man is now playing HIMSELF and is basically advertising himself as a tenor. ‘I absolutely love this bit’ - oh do you? What’s it got to do with car insurance? I’m confused.

Slightly different though cos theres just one bint wandering about in the field and as I recall they've removed the "Daisy Daisy Daisy" soundbite
Its still utterly crap and annoying though;
Another one that narks me is the Burberry one where the woman goes jogging with a pride of lionesses, yes running up a hillside with flat hands as if she's directing traffic.
Perfume / smellies ads really are in a completely different league when it comes to DIRE

That Finish dishwasher cleaner advert. Although lots of other similar household goods adverts have the same issue.

Filmed in one country and used in many different countries so they dub the local language over the filmed scenes and you can see the actors lips are nowhere near in time so you know it's being shared in many countries.

I get it's cost related but it really pisses me off.

The Calgon one is The Worst in Televisual History. The girl squeaking "Dad the dishwasher is stinky again", well its obvious thats some grown woman adopting what she thinks is a Child's Voice
Jeez the whole thing is so bad it positively creaks with embarrassment.

One of my relatives sings ‘some c***s knocking at the door’ which has taken the edge off the ad as it makes me snigger

I also cannot abide Jess Glynne so Jet2.com ads are spoiled!
