I was Gonna buy my second month of proceive max tmrw, it'sover 40 euro. Am i wasting my money?
Lots of people have said they’re great-but you never know if the pregnancy is down to the supp or it was just their month. I don’t think it does any harm to try I would say try 3 months and if they don’t work for you then go back to individual vits.

Just to add I do think they made my sleep better (which is never a bad thing which your TTC) and my hair has got noticeably thicker and longer so I’ll take that lol

I’m currently 9DPO and feeling a bit sick and have a bit of an upset tummy - haven’t eaten anything that could cause it so obviously massively symptom spotting!

I’m 4 days out of ovulation and we have decided to get down and dirty earlier. Thoughts? Good idea? Dont know at this stage

You never know! sperm could survive or you could ovulate earlier than expected (or both!). Why not enjoy your love life whilst TTC? 😊

The NHS recommends 3 times a week but you're generally better off doing it regularly as then you won't miss your peak (easier said than done I know 😂). Sperm survive longer than eggs too so in the run up to ovulation is better than afterwards.

Joining this thread as we just starting TTC for number 2! I have pcos but was very lucky with my first and conceived on the 2nd cycle. But who knows with this time round, that was nearly 4 years ago and we don't have as much energy as we did pre-kids 🤣 I've started taking inositol again cos I took it when TTC #1 and whether it helped directly or not I dunno but it didn't do any harm!

Girls what does clomid do? Seen a few of you mention it, is only if you’re not ovulating you need it?

Do we all know how exhausting it is lol, especially coming home after a big day of work ahhh! When my partner enters me and all I think is “will tonight be the night?” I can’t think of anything else Hahaha I am a weirdo lol.

A bonus to waiting for a BFP, I managed to change our maternity policy at work. I hope I get to use it sometime in the future 🤞🏼

It stimulates egg production, by making the body think that your estrogen levels are lower than they are, which causes increased FSH and LH. My blood tests showed that I was ovulating but the hospital prescribed it anyway to try and give me a boost. There is a risk of more than one egg being released so multiple birth though!

We’ve had a change to our policy too - they are offering 6 months full pay now which is amazing! I am ready to put my out of office on for it already😂

I got my Clear Blue confirmation today but I’m also bleeding with some cramping. I guess I’m having a chemical 🤷🏻‍♀️
Just had to do a presentation to my work board while going through the worst cramps of my life. Hoping the bleeding finishes tonight so I can carry on with the week and not have to think about it anymore. Decided to tell husband, I saw his heart break in front of me ☹

clomid sounds excellent. I’d love twins.

Thanks, me too although I think that would be the maximum multiple I could cope with 😂

I’m CD19 (unsure if I’ve ovulated or not, haven’t been tracking!) but I had the most horrendous cramps yesterday and now I’m having the most painful and itchy spots on my face, very bizarre

My thoughts are with you, please get some rest and I hope you don't have to "tough it out" with anymore presentations anytime soon.

Longtime lurker, first time poster (I think?). My partner and I are currently 2 years TTC. I am a nervous wreck every month because getting pregnant is half the battle. Then what? So many other unfortunate things can happen and I can't imagine myself breathing easy even if my test comes back positive. It irks me when people around us say how lucky we are to travel and go out because we're unencumbered by childcare. While I can't totally blame them for not knowing what we're going through, it bewilders me that people in our age range and life stage are still so unaware of the existence of infertility struggles.
