So I'm 9dpo, I think, didnt really track as we went away and the donor had to come on cd8 instead but I've had to pee so much today, literally over 15 wees. I haven't drank that much today and I can't stop peeing. Also I have one boob that's really aches and on Thursday I had the weirdest backache. It felt like period cramps in my lower back. I know to expect a BFN this month as we had an early donation but I really don't pee that much normally.

Would ye take a couple of days off?
Unfortunately no, my boss is pretty strict about booking days off with at least a month's notice. My OH can only take days off in an allocated period so we will be out this month. Just one of those things I guess 🙄

Sigh. AF is on its way - two days early too! I’ve decided to crack on with my fitness. I was reading today that you can easily put on two stone during pregnancy and I’m already overweight.

Anyone else on a fitness journey and care to share tips? I’ve dusted off the rowing machine and done 30 minutes this evening. Little steps.

my ovulation according to Flo App is a week before my trip to the states for 2 and a half weeks. Hopefully when we get DTD it all works out....

I saw something the other day that said 1% everyday is 36 times better in one year, I’m crap at maths so the numbers mean nothing to me but I think it means small wins big gains 😂 if you do that 30 minutes you did tonight 3 more times this week then you’ve done 2 hours more than you did last week, keep going 👊

If you want to mix things up I really like Heather Robertson videos on YouTube she has a good variation of workouts and she doesn’t talk too much.

so, maybe not my period… I’d appreciate an honest response on my picture. I’ve put this on premom too but I trust you ladies to give a reliable response.

I’m 12DPO, but honestly, I think that’s off given the light nature of these pee sticks.
Should I try the Boots cheapo I have? Thanks girls xx

Thanks ladies. I jinxed it and peed on a Boots stick with more watered down pee and now I’m doubting it. I have legitimate period cramps and some spotting so I’ve no idea what’s going on 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks, I shall x

AF is due tomorrow but I’ve had no cramping (which I usually get like clockwork). Did a test at 11 DPO which was a BFN but had waves of nausea last night/this morning so hoping it means something! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Almost at my peak today LH at 160% but my app says ovulation tomorrow, but we DTD yesterday as I wasn’t sure as it was 110% and my poor husband struggles to go multiple days in a row bless him. Gunna try tomorrow evening but I’m worried it maybe too late by then. I guess it will be a lesson for next month to hold out a little longer!
Anyone else have this problem?

Those who use fertility friend and the easy@home or alike strips to test LH do you put it in standard or Advanced? I’ve been putting low/high/peak in the advanced bit according to what premom translates it to but just realised there’s the standard negative/positive option which is probably what those tests are. Does it really matter much?

Hi everyone☺ Thought I’d pop on here as I’ve been struggling with painful and heavy periods for 11 years now and after a lot of fighting to be heard I’ve received two upsetting diagnosis’. They believe I have adenomyosis and PCOS without the ovarian cysts. I was told today that my testosterone and prolactin levels are unusually heightened. I’m 22 and have been in a long term relationship for over 5 years now and we plan on TTC in a year or so. Ever since been told I have these conditions I feel as though my world is crumbling. All I’ve ever wanted is to have a family and I feel like the odds are against me. Scans show that my ovaries are in good health (supposedly?) but my uterus wall is inflamed/thickened/irregular in size and shape. Alongside the messed up PCOS hormones I worry that I won’t conceive. I know it’s early and nothing is certain but I’m devastated. The doctors seem to give me false hope and ignore the fact that I’m battling two conditions. Anyone I speak to just says there’s other options out there for when we start trying (I assume they’re referring to ivf which isn’t too helpful for those with adenomyosis affecting the uterus) which doesn’t make me feel any better - why is this happening to me?!😢 My partner is supportive but he just tells me not to stress and we’ll work things out. But what if we can’t?! Any words of advice would be much appreciated as I know you must all relate to these feelings in some way💗

Day after positive is probably really good timing! I would usually ovulate 2-3 days after my peak (confirmed by tracking temps). Plus the egg can be fertilised for around 24 hours after it’s released. Good luck 🤞🏻

I wake up quite early for work so did a test as still so signs of AF, it was another BFN 🥲 this is the first month I’ve been upset and cried about it, 6 months hit me hard! Sorted myself out then AF arrived with a vengeance, which made me even more upset! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Although I did tell myself if I was negative then I’d be treating myself to a nice bottle of wine I’d always wanted to try 🤷🏼‍♀️

I ovulate 2 days after I get my peak too so this is comforting as I thought it was off!

Enjoy your wine 😘 I usually do the same when I'm negative and it softens the blow slightly!

I’m back at the fertility clinic today for my HYCOSY results (which I had in January!!). I’m really nervous. I hadn’t minded waiting in the run up to my wedding but now that’s over I need to move forward so thinking of jumping ship to a private clinic.
