Got a BFP this morning after my second chemical last month…4th time pregnant, but never a good outcome. I think I’m happy, there’s just no joy with it now. Trying to hope and keep calm. 🙏🏼💕
Hope this is it for you lovely ❤🙏🏼❤

Femometer has today confirmed ovulation was on Friday but how odd that I had a peak on Sunday? I don’t think it was as high as what it was on Thursday but I usually only get one very high/peak day then goes straight back down. Does anyone else’s stay up for a few days? I’m freaking out now there’s something wrong 😭

I'm finding TTC quite draining now, we're on our sixth month of trying, which I know isn't that long in the grand scheme of things, but everyone around us seems to have conceived quickly with no issue (lots of friends having two kids just under 2 years apart!) I feel like I'm in limbo every month, not pregnant but also having to restrict alcohol just in case I might soon be. Anyway, just felt like a little rant/whinge - sympathy to everyone else going through it!

I'm feeling exactly the same! This time was the first time I cried when I knew I wasn't pregnant. We'll get there eventually!

I never would because it’s personal so I would never ask for the details.. but I’d be so interested to know out of everyone I know that’s got pregnant in the last 5 years.. including Facebook acquaintances from school that you never speak to just stalk.. how long it actually took everyone I know to conceive, alcohol intake, diet, vitamins, frequency of trying, the dates they did did on the successful month. Maybe I should set up a survey monkey 😂

8dpo.. the first week flew by but now I feel like this week will be a drag. I’m gassy and a little crampy so not sure if it’s AF on the way 😩
Does anyone use the peanut app? I’ve found it quite helpful meeting others ttc, especially those who have had miscarried too

Hi ladies
I had my bloods done in January and I’ve got my first infertility appointment next month.
Having tracked my periods/ovulation, I have a short luteal phase, so I’ll mention that at my appointment.
Can anyone give me any information about what to expect at my appointment. What the next steps would be and how long I’d roughly wait for results?
Thanks girls x

Has anyone tried menstrual cups to help conceive?
I tried using my menstrual cup once then I got fertilly which I also used once but neither worked for me those times. My husband thinks I’m totally bonkers with all the gadgets 😬

Someone did say on here previously that they got pregnant when she used the Menstrual cup though.

My body is playing tricks on me again this month. Last month I had spotting 4-5 days before my period came. I had spotting last Saturday and nothing has come since. Why does it do this to me!

How much folic acid or folate do you all take? I only take what’s in my Proceive supplement which is 400mcg but it starts with the egg says you should take 800! Also does anyone take bromelain? Supposed to help with implantation…

I’m on 5mg, can only get it on prescription. Was after a diagnosis of recurrent miscarriages.

I take the Proceive 400mcg as well, my GP advised that because I'm a little overweight (not loads just over the threshold) I may have to double it (aka 800mcg) but I am on a ✨ health kick ✨ to get back down to my wedding weight 🤣🤣 I read it starts with an egg ages ago but it was too much for me, it started talking about the ink on receipts being a cause of infertility or something and I started overthinking and not touching them and it was driving me nuts!!

Oh I know! I had listened to the podcast that I posted at the start of the thread before I read it fully though and she did say that it’s a lot so I skimmed over bits (especially all the research blah blah) and focused mainly only the bits where it tells you what to do depending on where you are with TTC. I did switch all my cleaning products and laundry stuff to plant based but i think it made same of my clothes bobbly so I’m back on Persil and Fairy 🙈

I mean the cleaning products I get and obviously the BPA plastics but somethings in there were just a bit full on. I think she mentioned about changing all your make up as well to hypoallergenic... Ain't nobody got time for that 🤣

im still ovulating! took an ovulation test and came back positive - is it reliable? anyone used them before and worked? just need advice. thanks

Ladies I had removed myself from ttc for a while due to a few different things going on and for the last few months have been casually NTNP but here I am once again, a week into a 2ww and driving myself mad symptom spotting - even though in the previous pregnancies I've had, I had zero symptoms, none. A week of crazy dreams/restless sleep which is unusual for me, and some seriously sore and puffy gums which is also very random. It's gonna be a long week 😩

Bad sleep and sore gums were my symptoms (although I didn't twig as I felt like AF was coming too, lots of cramps and acne), woke up one day and my retainer had some blood in it so decided to do a test and got a BFP. Fingers crossed for you xx
