Just had to do a presentation to my work board while going through the worst cramps of my life. Hoping the bleeding finishes tonight so I can carry on with the week and not have to think about it anymore. Decided to tell husband, I saw his heart break in front of me ☹

clomid sounds excellent. I’d love twins.
So sorry love 😭💕

Im not expecting implantation this month tbh, we’ve not really been trying. I appreciate you commenting though, thank you 😊
I wouldn’t worry then it looks normal really but if you’re concerned about the lower temps get a blood test because if you have hypothyroidism it could affect getting pregnant.

I wasn’t 100% sure if I’d ovulated as I hadn’t had a properly positive opk. I’ve had 3 days of raised BBT so I’m assuming I must have and I’d just missed my peak. I might swap to CB OPKs next month.

11DPO and a BFN. Period due in 2 days but can’t see a sign of her yet. Lots of creamy CM and vivid dreams and a bit tired, but yeah no sign of a bloating prior or AF...
This is me today. 11DPO, used a clear blue to see if anything came up but no. I hoped too hard for a positive after my chemical last month, nevermind.
Did yours ever materialise @rulebreaker101 ?

Ooh yours are quite similar to mine I think. I’ve never got a higher temp than 36.6. I’ve actually got a GP appointment tomorrow because I have similar concerns about my thyroid, especially after my miscarriage and my mum has thyroid issues too
That’s interesting to hear! Perhaps I’ll get something booked in too.

No AF here yet, according to my tracker my cycle is now day 33, but I guess that’s pretty normal when you first come off birth control. Just wondering when I do another test to see if it’s not just being out of a cycle?

Also I just read a couple of Reddit threads on the cost of children and I’m absolutely panicking about how we’d manage anything when (if) we have kids, people reporting they pay £1800 a month[/] for nursery fees 😬 and talking about how bad climate change is at the moment and how we’re not stopping anything. I want kids but I dunno if it’s a good idea now 🙈
I’m also another one with a really long cycle first round after coming off the pill! It’s shortening down now that I’ve been off for a few months so don’t worry at all.

Also costs wise that does seem really high and you will find a way to manage! Climate change shouldn’t dictate your decisions either when other people have kids too

You wouldn't wanna just be relying on bbt then🙄 it seems kinda pointless really. Like being shown the spot your car used to be parked in after it was stolen😂
It’s just a confirmation tool really, some people get the LH peak but don’t actually ovulate so it’s an extra reassurance that you definitely did ovulate.

So sorry love 💕
thanks hun, I
I’ve been bent double with pelvic pain this afternoon. Kind feels like period pain but really strong. I don’t normally suffer with period pain and I’m still over a week away from my period. Could it be implantation pain? I wouldn’t of imagined it would be this painful and noticeable? Test is BFN atm but I thought it would be too soon for that anyway
Could be, especially if it’s out of the ordinary for you.

Definitely think taking a break even just one cycle helps reset your mind a little. And you never know if you’re still actively having sex what might happen x
I’d be careful…the consultant after my second miscarriage recommended waiting at least one cycle, I had no period between my first and my second miscarriage and she suggested it may have been because my endometrium didn’t get a chance to thicken again. But the break emotionally and mentally sounds good. 💕

I’m so confused by the apps it can’t make up its mind. My ovulation day has changed multiple times. This is my first tracked BBT cycle, thoughts on what it means? Does it look like a normal cycle?

do you know what day you have ovulated in past cycles?

Does your thermometer measure to 2 decimal places? That would be more accurate when charting. You may have ovulated but I tend to have a bigger spike in temp especially 3 days after ovulation but maybe the 2 decimal places make the rise seem bigger if that makes sense?

Causes a lot more confusion and anxiety than you already possibly have over TTC

Agreed 🤣 I never got the hang of it! Bought the thermometer but it never got opened, all the graphs etc looked so confusing. I just used OPK kits and that did the job.

Did anyone change what they were eating (in regards to getting pregnant?) my intake now is to eat at least one kiwi fruit a day with the skin (as i always do anyway) as it has a lot of good vitamins and Folic Acid. Did anyone else have a plan like this? to eat whats good for fertility or did you just eat what you normally do and it worked? going through a crisis since my period came
I reduced caffeine…no idea if that’s what helped, but I was probably a strong Starbucks every day before, so I cut it to just once or twice a week.

I’ve been doing this a while now, and I still don’t know how to input my app properly 🤣🫣
So I started spotting Saturday night. I’d say didn’t have full flow until Monday morning. When would you say your period started?? Saturday or Monday?

this is why I can’t trust the ovulation times, it’s probably all wrong 🤣
I’d say Monday too, but I’d record the spotting too separately if your app lets you do that.

Ladies, some advice please... So, we're not TTC yet and I'm still on the pill but we've been lax with the condom use recently if you catch my drift.

The last week or so I've felt more tired and kinda sicky during the day but nothing too exciting. Chalked it up to marathon training and nerves. Decided for peace of mind to do a test this morning just to see and the first one came up with two lines  BUT and it's a big BUT I use the proper cheapy 2 for £1 hold the end yourself ones and uh, I just kinda wee on them, not put them in a pot of urine and think when I wee'd on it I knocked the urine into the test fill bit higher up rather than just in the place it's meant to go (it kinda bent at the 'test point' if that makes sense). Did another half an hour after the proper way and no second line at all - big difference in the two, night and day. I know that false negatives are fairly common in comparison to false positives but is it worth me trying a third test to confirm or just wait until tomorrow morning and do it again then? I don't feel any different today to how I did a month ago when I had my last period which also makes me think I just buggered the test up.
Yeh I would wait till tomorrow morning now. When are you due on?
