I’m two days late now but I’m getting a bit of back ache so I don’t want to get my hopes up. If I’m not on by the weekend I think I’ll do a test to settle my mind. Which are the most reliable tests?
I've heard blue dye tests are bad for evaporation lines so pink dye is better and the first response early result tests are very sensitive to HCG so can pick up a positive result sooner than less sensitive tests like digital ones.

I'm not due on until Thursday or Friday but stupidly tested today, negative obvs. Couldn't resist after I threw up yesterday and was hopeful of morning sickness, although probably too early to be morning sickness anyway.

I’ve been using the at home ovulation strips for the last few months, haven’t had a peak at all until yesterday which is CD30? I didn’t think you could ovulate that late surely that’s not right? Hoping someone has some advice
I say this tentatively as I don't want to give false hope but could you be pregnant? I've heard of women getting positive OPKs in early pregnancy.

Don’t let climate change dictate whether you have children or not. In terms of costs, do you have any childcare family wise? We are lucky as my little boy is looked after atm until he starts nursery which is funded at the age of 3 and I dropped my hours at work. When we have our next baby he will be in nursery and we are fortunate enough to repeat the process. However, I don’t know anyone who pays £1800 a month. I wouldn’t work if that was the case.
Nope, we live in a really high cost of living area and both our parents are from the other side of the country, over 2 hours drive away. No relatives around this way. I did recently have an opportunity to move closer to our parents with a new job but OHs locked into a contract down here plus we can’t afford to move at present. Career wise if I give up as I’m a registered NHS professional I have to go back within two years or I lose my registration so we have to pay childcare… 😐

I use fertility friend, I have obsessed less since I’ve used it compared to used Flo!

also finally think my bbt has indicated ovulation thank god cos we have dtd 5 days in a row.. my poor husband 😂
Why do you think you’ve obsessed less? I downloaded that one a while ago but never used it, might give it a try it seems very detailed. Every day I flip between premom, Femometer and Flo 🙈

It says on the package below that it’s a pregnancy test.

Looks like DPO is off to a good start for me with temp going up and LH going down 🤞 my levels, although low, are begin to find their rhythm it seems. Hope we’re all doing alright today. Nice hot weather coming out way! Remember to stay hydrated x
nah it wasnt. it was an ovulation test hahaha, i was just reading how to see if its positive or negative for ovulation test. (the packet comes with one pregnancy test)

Started light spotting this evening so I think AF is on its way finally.
Sorry you didn't get a BFP but glad you're getting out of limbo 😘

Currently 10DPO and had some light pink bleeding after sex last night. Woken up with a cracking headache and a bit of light cramping. I was hoping it could have been implantation but now this morning I’m thinking it could be AF coming - only on day 23 though and I’m normally a super regular 28 day cycle.
I've had a weird longer or shorter cycle every now and again. Usually regular so takes me by surprise! Fingers crossed it's IB and not AF 😊

I had a chemical too on our first try: we tried again two weeks later but then my period came. I was so sad it was BFN. What do you mean by materialise sorry? I have a bad understanding of words haha. I hope for our BFP. So weird; usually I have blood and all 2 days before AF so weird of no bloating and all
Sorry- did your period turn up? That’s what I meant 😊

I also tested today - BFN. It’s CD28 and I think 13DPO so expecting AF on Tuesday. I think if I were pregnant it would be positive. My boobs are SO sore though and that’s not a usual symptom for me, wish she’d hurry up so they can ease off 😂

4DPO and the googling has begun 😂

I've been using easy@home LH tests twice a day and recording them on the premom app. I've not ovulated or reached my peak yet however my LH levels are going down. They weren't super high to begin with. Any advice please? First month ttc and i'm overwhelmed xx
What time of day are you testing? Perhaps you're just missing your peak, I think it's common for it to be a quick thing.

I use the Clear Blue digital tests where you're supposed to get a flashing smiley face followed by a static one and I've gone from nothing to static before now. I don't think it's anything to worry about, just a timing thing. Have you tried doing another test in the evening?

I've felt like this too, it's hard isn't it 💕
Thank you, I’ll try again later on and see if it’s any different. I’m planning to switch to the Clear Blue tests but feel like I should use the strips I have first 😆

Hi I’m really new to all of this. I’m getting married this year and will start trying for a baby after Christmas. I bought some of those OPK strip things from easy@home on Amazon. Is this a LH surge? I have had a bit of bloating today and a twingey pain on my RHS. I’m day 14 of my cycle. Also what thermometer should I be buying as there’s so many on Amazon and im a bit overwhelmed by it all?!

Oh thank you so much! I hope it works out. Would having sex every second day before the expected period come, make it easier? My poor partner lol, must be super tired after having him try and try again
Once you’ve ovulated there’s basically no chance of conceiving so don’t feel like you have to dtd until your period comes unless you feel like it obv😂
