It's exhausting, always the first thing I think of in the morning and what keeps me awake at night, period due in 5 days, the wait is agonyThat's good that you are understanding. If I get my turn, I will also always always be careful and understanding of people TTC now I know what it's like. One of the hardest parts is people not getting it and telling you what to do and how to feel and just relax, it makes it even lonelier. it is ALWAYS people who conceived easily and have no clue that tell you 'just stop thinking about it' and act like it's obvious as well xx
Wishing you a healthy pregnancy
I feel like a witch but I just dread it and it makes me so sad. Then I feel awful because of the guilt of feeling that way. Xx
It is so tiring. Feel like it rules my life in a way. I haven't lived a normal life where I don't have to think about days of the month and period upset and just having sex when I want to without thinking of fertile days for so long... Then the obvious upset of it all. Sometimes I just don't want to do it anymore. But then I think of a baby and so I have to x
Do you normally have less than 10 days between LH surge/ovulation and your period? So I’m officially out, 34 day cycle with my LH surge 8 days ago. I knew this month was no good as we DTD at all the “wrong” times for ovulation so glad my periods here & off we go on another month.![]()
i really thought this was too short myself so thank you for responding. I find the whole TTC thing so confusing at times. Going back over my cycles there and the luteal phase was 13, 13, 9, 7, 13 & 8 days. So a bit over the place but too short half of the times. We have been trying 6 months now& I am almost 36. Called the doctor there to have a chat & see what they think. Thank you so much.Do you normally have less than 10 days between LH surge/ovulation and your period?
I have been watching some videos from a lady on YouTube who had problems getting pregnant with her second because her luteal phase (the bit between ovulation and your period) was too short, less than 10 days and she saw a doctor and was put on progesterone to help lengthen it to support a pregnancy, she got pregnant her second month after that. (Her yt is that Caitlin stark if you’re interested.)
If it’s just a one off ignore me but if not might be worth looking into and chatting to a dr as they can probably help you straight away without you trying for x amount of time xx
No probs, hope the doctor can offer you some advice. Good lucki really thought this was too short myself so thank you for responding. I find the whole TTC thing so confusing at times. Fertility Friend does this tooIf you use Premom and read the report after your cycle, it will point out if the luteal phase is too short.
If you click where I’ve circled it will show you the report screen xI use Premom but never seen or got a report before?
yes, seemed to work well xAnyone used Preseed? Mine arrived today x
Yeah that’s correct, if you’re using the purple clearblue it will stay on there for 48 hours then go blank until you first test next cycle and you can use the same holder again.Hi ladies?
If I have had my static smiley this cycle, do I not test again until next cycle?
Thank youYeah that’s correct, if you’re using the purple clearblue it will stay on there for 48 hours then go blank until you first test next cycle and you can use the same holder again.
The pink clearblue ones you still don’t need to test now until next cycle too but you don’t need to keep the holder.
Best of luck to you! Not sure what area you are in but I was seen about a month later after my referral was done. Everything afterwards has been super speedy! But fortunately my cycles have lined up for a lot of things.Well that’s my referral for the sub fertility clinic in. I’m grateful for my GP taking me seriously and not fobbing me off this time, having said that she wasn’t able to give me any sort of timeframe for hearing from them so who knows how long I’ll be waiting
Probably wishful thinking but maybe I’ll have fell before hearing back from them![]()
thank you, I’m in central Scotland so thankfully I can be seen by Glasgow & Edinburgh clinics dependant on who has more availability.AF has been non existent for me the whole of 2021 so that might slow me down I’m not sure.Best of luck to you!
