Exactly this. A fitness conference & a gathering of worldwide PTs & fitness gurus and Trisha is asked to go and do what ? Shout beat the bulge ? And Dan will take candid videos & shots & then spend the rest of the time Making sexual innuendoes! This isn’t large shaming at all. Why would we send someone who has now turned into an insta #cash hun just because she battled the bulge. You’re so right, she’s asking (daily) for us to swipe up and buy the book but she’s not even using her own recipes anymore. . The food plan I reckon is because she was secret eating & she’s doing all she can to get back on to of weight loss. Stop promoting the rit Trisha!

Random question but do obese people gain weight much easier than people of a healthy weight? I can barely keep up with her yo yo weight gain and loss and wondered if this played into it.

Chefs don't always know about calorie counting and healthy eating choices though, they're not nutritionists or dieticians. Most (non super health food/vegan) chefs I've met seem to be overweight for one reason or another; it's a very stressful career that doesn't really lend itself to healthy eating and healthy habits.

I understand what you're saying I dont understand why put over 60 recipies in the book for weightloss that she claimed helped her lose the 100 pounds. If she couldn't calorie count maybe putting that book out so early wasnt the best for her

Just raw honesty, everyday struggles, gym, food etc. It was interesting and real. I don't know if it's inevitable that when you get large followings on Insta that you get pulled in by the ads and sponsorships etc. It really puts me off people but I guess it's a business to most of them.

I think Trisha is still very insecure (covers it up by acting over the top) and uses Dan as a sort of crutch because he knows about social media stuff, etc. That's probably why she asked him to travel with her. Of course Dan takes full advantage of this without actually helping Trish to be more confident in her own abilities, without him. I feel she's probably very easily led into taking part in Dan's ideas and schemes for "content" hence the weird camper van trip.

Dan with a suit jacket on and then he stands up to reveal he’s wearing only tight boxers & Trisha then gets flustered & they start the sexual inappropriate comments. The live podcast seemed unplanned - almost like you were just listening in on a zoom your friends were having. Then they read out ‘fan mail’ from some ‘transformers’ adoring Dan & Trisha, Dan then reminds Trisha why people love following them as they’re so down to earth . It’s basically Trisha flirting with Dan for an hour it’s actually mortifying to watch . They made €€€ though they had 3 shows , x €12 a ticket x 200 that’s over €7000 in total
