She lost 10 pounds a good while ago after the big reset and she posted 100 stories , grid post , shouting it from the roof tops , if you go back through her posts that was ages ago. She has mentioned being down inches . If she is asked about weight in q&a you are told she weighs " happy". Jens journey, now thats a woman on a serious mission and love her cooking
I think it’s the therapy that’s stopping her sharing the pounds and inches. She’s said it’s an eating disorder so I’d presume the focus is sorting why she overeats and not weighing regularly. You wouldn’t expect an anorexic to weigh weekly and report the gains unless their head was right?
(For balance the adds are driving me up the wall)

I dunno, I think expecting her to ditch a plan 3 weeks in cos she 'only' lost 7.5 pounds so far is very premature, and is why most people can't stick to diets, they are disappointed if they don't loose as much as they think they should and then say 'feic it' and go back to eating the way they did before. Then they say the diet didn't work. I think I can understand what Trisha's trainer is doing, seeing how many calories she needs to maintain, and then reduce. If they did an Adele and put her on 1,000 cals a day then of course she would loose loads of weight and thats not sustainable - unless you are Adele of course?
Maybe wait 3 months and then judge, weight loss is not linear.
Also I'm just concerned how people are speaking about a person who has admitted to being suicidal before, I would tread carefully.
I agree with you 100%, this thread up until this week was out of concern for her which is why I participated with my concerns about Dan being toxic. She has said frequently that there were points where she would want to give up not just on weight loss but on life and it’s always at the back of my mind. I really don’t like the recent comments about how she might never lose the weight or how she looks and assuming to know about how her weight loss plan works and if she isn’t following
the specific calorie deficit you think she should be then she is failing. Despite how she’s eating, it’s very clear that she is athletic and she hasn’t stopped working out and she explained her weight plateau was her trainer working out her calorie intake needed to sustain before any energy is lost.
You need to realise that she is a very very vulnerable person, and what you say could have a profound impact on her.

If you are putting such personal stuff out there for the whole world, then at least expect some form of speculation.
Why speculate on that at all?
It’s no ones business.

You don’t have to be sexually active to have a gynae or cervical cancer.
I actually believe it was a very positive thing she did. To raise awareness and celebrate her achievement.
And yes, it is an achievement for her and it would be for any other woman who have put off having their smears for numerous reasons.
Whether that be embarrassment, weight issues, psychological issues, poor awareness etc etc
She has clearly stated under the post that she was embarrassed.
And furthermore to the comments above about women being educated etc she or another woman may well be aware of the risks and importance of a smear but are terrified or scared for other reasons as I listed above.
And since we are all so educated, Trishas USP is all about weight loss, building confidence and health. Speculate away but don’t pull ridiculous suspicions out of the air.

If she was that much smaller she’d announce what weight she has lost but she has not as usual..
Her weight loss has stalled I think! But the walking suits her she fresh looking, she has such small legs great legs. Just Jen lost 12 stone on 3 years she was a big girl.. unbelievable weight loss and transformation.

Was she actually involved in plating up the food at work, or did she just cook it? Because that's pretty shocking if she was....
Its all pre packaged pates and antipasti from Aldi.
She just opened up the packets and plated it up as part of her paid partnership with Aldi.

In most restaurants the chefs plate the food themselves. So really is shocking. I've had better served in the local pub!

Do you think its ethical on Trisha's part that she wrote a book in just a few months about her "transformation", charged people 20 EURO for it and is continuously trying various ways to make more money on the back of her obesity whilst not transforming at all?! It makes an absolute mockery of those people who genuinely worked their asses off to lose a lot of weight. And no, I don't think she is a genuine person, because genuine people do not operate like that.
I think you'll find an absolute sea of books written by people who have done something inspiring in their lives but are maybe no longer at that place or are struggling. Whether that's someone who was an alcoholic, a gambler, a drug addict. People succeed, they fall down, they get back up and so on and so forth. I don't think that makes them liars or not genuine, it makes them human. My journey isn't making a mockery of anyone else's, because it's my journey alone. I lost 5 stone last year, people were inspired. I wrote some blog posts, got compliments and shares and then gained it all back. I didn't fool anyone nor was I a liar or not genuine. I think Trisha is getting caught up in that heady Insta journey, it doesn't mean she isn't a nice person.

Trishas depression was to do with her weight. Everyone here wants her to succeed . The way she is going, is backwards & that’s why people are commenting. Nobody has said anything untrue - I’m sure Trisha is more than aware of the facts herself. If you hop on every thread with the mental health line you don’t belong on tattle. Facts aren’t bullying. She’s lining herself up for a downward spiral that nobody wants. I hope she has a true friend somewhere that will talk to her. But the fact remains that the book is now null and void unless she cleverly and rightfully decides to follow her own healthy eating again.

The way some people are talking you would swear we are driving down to Trishas house for a one to one shaming . She is being called out on her lies , Ads, swipes up etc . Everyone is of course entitled to their own opinions but I feel like when its pulling her up on facts its not really allowed by some. I dont think one person here in this thread didn't support the weight loss part. I guess its how you interpret what you see that she puts out there. There's weightloss journeys and then there's instagram journeys , which in my own opinion is Trishas. To come on a forum and say you're not comfortable with the way she is spoken about it 100% fine and your opinion. But facts are facts . People dont always like hearing them. I wish her the best of luck with her weightloss . Done with this thread now ✌
Newbie here, trisha blocked me for advising her she was kicking the boxing pad incorrectly and was risking hurting herself, all while her trainer was videoing her! Anyway she accused me of bullying her and blocked me... she gas done brilliantly with her weight loss so far but only at the beginning of a very long journey, perhaps the book should have waited till she was successful and kept the weight off?

The book was published too soon simple as. Her transformation wasn’t over yet she was treated as some kind of inspirational guru & worshipped for loosing the weight but she was actually piling it back on. Loosing weight is damn hard but keeping weight off is where the real secret lies. She got carried away with this new found fame and roaring ‘beat the bulge’ despite the fact that she is not beating it. I honestly thought it was ridiculous that she was asked travel to Portugal (cancelled by covid) to speak at the fitness event with the likes of Diren kartel/James Smith. She’s still a morbidly obese lady who has gone backwards. Worse again she asked Dan to travel to Portugal with her for this show. Why the hell would you need Dan for that ?!
I think we are beginning to see she has no content really, she’s not someone I long to check in with each day. She’s after re-setting again & using that as her focus for now. I do wish her well but she needs to do this for herself, offline

I love her, so real. Wish her the best in her journey, just finished reading her book, she has had such cruelty toward her size, but her beautiful personality is infectious.

Maybe not, she's learning and changing through her journey and maybe has realised that big weight loss announcements only put her under more pressure to deliver.
She looks slimmer, that's probably down to losing bloat from over eating during lock down as much as any fat loss.
She's building muscle so on the scales that'll hide some of the fat loss. It's an epic journey that's going to take a long time. She's better off now doing it slowly and retraining her brain so she can keep it off afterwards. Losing is easier than maintaining for a lot of people. I reckon the gain during lock down shook her confidence and made her realise how much work she has to do in her head before she is actually in control of what she eats.
Fingers crossed for her own good she'll stop seeking fame too.

I like Trisha but she has changed and I think she is trying to convince herself more than us about being bubbly and beat the bulge.
She needs to take time out from social media and focus on her mental health.
Whilst I understand her instagram is about weight loss and targets, she needs to take a break from social media.

Unfollowed today. Can’t cope with the fake begging / selling. Notice she’s changed her bio it now says she is 19 stone 10. If you calculate that from her original 26 stone she’s still up 20 pounds from the reported 100 pound weight loss in Feb 2019. (After starting in Feb 2018). So up 20 pounds on a 21 month loss & nothing since. But pushing her book & sharing work outs. Someone needs to admit the scam.

Weight loss is really hard when you have food addiction issues, emotional eating triggers and are secret eating. Nobody should be shamed for that. I hate the whole 'just lose it' attitude towards overweight people. If it was really that easy none of us would be overweight. One thing that saddens me about weight loss accounts is that constant chasing a new fix, new solution, change of diet, new gym. Until she fixes the issues that cause her to overeat then she won't succeed - or if she does it won't last. I know that from experience. Battles are battles, no matter whether someone has a bigger fight than you, your fight is still hard. Someone elses hardship doesn't dimish yours just like putting out someone elses light doesn't make yours shine brighter.

I would love to see Trisha take a break from Insta and really focus on herself now, she seems a genuinely lovely person who has lost her way many times and it isn't easy or fun to see live that out in the public eye. I guess she thinks maybe being accountable to her followers will make her more likely to succeed but it doesn't really work like that. Anyway that's my twopence worth - I don't feel that comfortable with the way people are speaking about her and in turn people who are obese or struggle with weight loss journeys so I'm probably in the wrong place - over and out.

Trisha is working with Laya Healthcarebthis week and has a webinar on Friday, entitled The importance of goal setting.......
Its free to join.
FYI they run events every week all free and you do not have to be a Laya member, example yoga , pilates etc
Wow! She is in no position to be talking about healthcare to anyone considering her size and how unhealthy she is. Maybe when she actually LOSES the weight she could but it’s shocking to me that she is being paid to talk to people about their health when you just have to look at her and see the obvious. Jen from Jens journey is AMAZING! That girl has done it and remains so humble and actually practices what she preaches! Not that she ever preaches. And she works full time, is a single mom and is quite the inspiration.

Good for her. Nobody ever said it was easy. Would love to see her reach her goals. Takes a lot of courage to have that level of self-honesty especially publically. Plenty instagrammers could a should take a leaf from that sentiment.

Influencers shouldnt be allowed flog vitamins and supplements. Anyone who takes them based on advice from someone on instagram is an eejit.

I would only take something based on a doctor or pharmacists recommendation.
