The house is probably in their names. I've had a 2 family members from different sides of the family who have built onto existing occupied houses and the house has to be signed over if planning permission or a mortgage is necessary. So the chances are that house is now owned by will and Triona. Some people pay off brothers and sisters as their part of the inheritance. What they are doing in actually very common considering house prices etc. It is highly unlikely that they are building onto the mothers house without anything legally binding

Ah now the Longford accent isn't the greatest but not as bad as Maura's. No one in Ballymahon sounds like that. A certain class of people though, not being a witch.

Not very much, I met her once at a corporate launch and she was vile. Drank so much and LOUD LOUD LOUD. Total attention seeker and so embarrassing.
That doesn’t surprise me really I think I’d be cringing if I was in her company, you’d think she’d reign it in but clearly the drink probably has a lot to do with it.
