Lol the white Ford Explorer was given back, not repossessed. The white highlander was a lease. She drove an old beat up Toyota Sequoia for a while until whatever she has now. No idea who pays for that. Definitely didn’t get repoed because of Corey if that was a tune she was playing 🎻 😆
i am such a loser becausewhenever you post, I’m like-OMG, this is gonna be good. 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

This witch really thinks that we can’t tell she’s using insane filters and photoshopping? None of the photos of her on her own page look the bleeping same. Also she’s one to talk about a broke mf, without her rich parents she’d be so fucked.
right, we would all have that much more money if we could live off our parents as well. Even then, we all probably have more money in the bank than phoney baloney does 😂

Except she can’t keep secrets. We see it all. Lol

This TikTok cracks me tf up! She clearly set her phone up and dance in front of it to make the video. This is the same day where the guy called her and Sammy annoying which I’m sure they are. 😂😂😂 But in my opinion here she looks hella stupid.
Oh my goodness, you’re brave to watch her TikTok videos 🤣. I can’t bring myself to do it. I saw a couple a while back and they made me legit feel uncomfortable 🤣🤣🤣

If you give a finance car back it’s considered a voluntary repossess reads the same on a credit report. If she didn’t pay the bill then Corey didn’t pay the bill so a repo would be on both of them. He’s no prize either.
I’m not sure what turning in a financed car is a repo ? If you turn in a car, they give you what the value the car in money and you pay the rest. If you don’t pay the rest then you would be on the hook for the difference and the loan company would sue you for the rest. It’s not a repo unless they have to take the car back after failure for payments. But if you turn it in, it’s not a repo

Really because I keep waiting for some tea and haven’t seen any.
You seem very angry at people in this thread. You have come and quipped back at people here recently. We are all here for one reason and you seem to really be hitting hard at other people lately.

lol. Me too but I thought she posted about a few things Tracey did when they were still acquaintances. It was maybe a couple weeks ago. Like she told this woman’s private info to another woman, in front of a bunch of people and she kept giving the impression to Corey that she’d get back together during separation bug before divorce. Maybe I’m thinking of another person’s post 😳.

it’s definitely a voluntary repo if you give back the car and break the finance or lease agreement. Either way, you end up paying still. My lovely sister had it happen to her 🤦🏻‍♀️ (With both a lease and finance).

We should all band together and send her some new black camis with a card that reads “So you can put the hardest working cami in history out to pasture. Love, Tattle Life” 😂😂

Just my thought, I think there’s a big difference between a tow truck coming to repo your car because you’re behind on payments compared to making a conscious decision to bring your car back to the finance company / dealer on your own. It’s like when you quit a job before they fire you... You can’t put down on my record that you fired me when I already quit. If I couldn’t pay for my car or didn’t want it anymore.. I definitely wouldn’t be telling people a story of how it got repoed because of my ex 😬 I mean don’t you think Tracy would have been screaming that on IG live? “CoReY doesn’t PaY cHiLd SupPorT and he got our car repoed!! I HaVe No WaY Of DrivIng To My Lip injecti0N aPp0intments”

Also maybe it was in both of their names so they just gave it back to dissolve the payments because neither wanted to buy each other out? I mean damn.. we’re all here on common ground. Chill out ❤

Im not trying to be a know it all so I hope it’s not coming off that way 😳 but my sister did have to return a financed car because she could no longer afford it and according to the dealership, she broke the agreement or contract she made to purchase the car so they did call it a voluntary repo and they auctioned the car off and she had to pay the difference. Maybe it doesn’t look as bad on her credit report as a repo where they come and how your car? Im not sure. That’s how it goes in the state I live in at least. But hey… they could have just been trying to get more money from her, who knows? (Also, my typos 😫- I always see so many and I don’t know how to edit a post so my apologies for that 😊)

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Considering I worked for a finance company I do know what I’m talking about. And if you don’t like what I have to say there’s a block button.

So you have a great day. ✌🏼👍🏼

Lol. 🤣🤣 Sorry I fell short of your high standards.
Nothing personal. I just feel like “John” anyone can come here saying they “know Tracy and Corey” but I haven’t seen any proof. But you are entertaining. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

It could be a state by state. I work at a law firm that handles many situations like these as well as other things lol but in my state it’s not a voluntary repo if you have made your payments and turn the car in early. It’s the same thing as getting a new car with a loan still on your old car. It’s not a voluntary repo if you still owe on the car and trade it in. It’s voluntary repo if you have never made a payment or haven’t in a while and turn it in. And don’t pay anything still outstanding.

Could block but I can handle difference of opinions and be mature about it. And I’ve represented finance companies so I know too 😉

yes, in NJ you can trade a car in and get a new one as long as you’re paying but you can’t just give a car back because you can’t afford it (whether you missed a payment or not). If you just give a car back, you’re going back on the contract you signed when you first got the car and you end up paying the difference from the auction price or the price they sell it for. But definitely you can turn in a car early and get another car from the same dealership w/no penalties. I hear what you’re saying. I was only talking about giving the car back and not buying a new one. I literally have seen it happen. But who hires a lawyer when their car is repoed? Lol. They wouldn’t have the money to pay a lawyer if they can’t pay for the car I’d think. Or maybe you’re saying People hire a lawyer to trade in cars?

Finance companies sue the person who took out the loan. So we represent the finance companies. We just get monthly files (foreclosures, failures to turn in leases/car payments, etc). So it’s not just car loans lol

Yet you choose to comment in my posts. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And if you return a car and it’s not paid for it’s a voluntary repo that you have to pay the difference on if it’s sold again. If you don’t pay the balance it goes ok your credit as a repo.

yep that’s exactly what happened to my sister. She turned her car in and still had to pay the difference from the money they did not make from auctioning the car. (She has this issue with not being able to fulfill her commitments. 🤦🏻‍♀️).

Ew...she looks unprofessional. Call me prude or whatever but I personally wouldn't want my makeup artist with their tits and stomach out. The day is about the bride not to mention you're working. Put some freaking normal clothes on and look nice, young, etc but not like you're some hooch begging to be looked at. I just can't with her.
You know I ask myself why does this bother me or why do I not like it. I dunno. I just think it looks tacky to be working like that. There's a time and place for everything I feel. Revealing clothes do have a stigma. I believe there's a reason for that though. When's the last time you watched porn or went to a strip club with a fully dressed woman? Never. Until they start making porn and strip clubs with fully dressed woman I will always associate half dressed woman as sexual. Which there's no problem with that but again I go back to there's a time and place for everything. Makeup for a bride ain't it. I'm open to differentiating opinions.
