mini A has lost a few pounds since last summer.. her 3-4 tops that had not much room in last summer fit her perfect now she’s grown😂 we go away to Spain in 3 weeks and I can’t wait..! Woop
He’s just grown!! He’s so tall and got the longest legs ever I don’t know where he gets them from 😂.
hope you have a great time. I’m jealous

This is part of our problem with the older 2 😂 my 10 year old is in 12-13 because he needs the length but they constantly fall down because the waist is too big. Same as my 5 year old is again in 6-7 for length but even leggings constantly fall down 😂

Here also with a 5yo in 6-7 for length and looks like a scarecrow in everything due to this 😖 Been highly recommended Next trousers in skinny fit/very slim fit so going to give them a go for his summer wardrobe 👍

We use the slim fit joggers for my eldest son. He is titchy and they fit quite well.

We have some next slim fit joggers and they are quite good! But I always find next fits him quite well. He’s only recently gone up to 5-6. He’s just turned 4. But he’s always been a bigger size than he is. When he was a baby he was 4 months and in 6-9 as he needed the length!
I might have been exaggerating a bit with the shorts but they were past his knees last year and now above his knees 😂.

Hope anyone who is finding what schools your little ones are going to gets the one they want
Mine got in our first choice which I’m pleased about
They have a great send team which is the main reason we picked and it’s two mins from our house
Got my little ones first choice for nursery after summer. I have to say I’m feeling a tad emotional about it but he is definitely ready for nursery now it’s just me who’s being over sensitive

Just thought I’d mention this- I’ve just a merlin standard pass for £89 with NHS discount.

Booked CBeebies land for tomorrow, it’s usually £29 for me, £5 for her and £5 for parking so it’s pretty much paid for itself within 2 visits and we go atleast 4 times between April and October weather dependant.

Can use it at a few places like Legoland at Trafford where she’s free and I’d have to pay so the annual pass is for me really! Going to get our worth out of it this summer for sure.

You can get them on a monthly payment too 😊
We had it before. I think it works out about £9 per month per person.
We cancelled ours last month with the older 2 in school now, we just weren't going enough for it to be worth it anymore. Especially when the kids need one when they turn 3. So only have another year before all 5 of us would need one.

But I would 100% recommend them to anyone with a non school aged child/children!
Sea life and everything is on it too.
Alton towers, Thorpe Park ect!

It’s just me needing a pass so paid outright as was only £89 so not bad really. When mini A is older it’ll be worth it I think for her but thankfully most places she’s not too pricy. What website allows you to pay monthly?! I think the more premium passes was monthly but didn’t need the dates anyway as I’d checked the dates and it fits us well. It’s such a good bargain, I was going to buy the pass when it was at £69 and I thought oh I’ll leave it for abit 😂 and it went up!

On the actual merlin website.
Just looked and it's 10.99 now. But it still would have saved us a lot of money!
This is just for the standard one

My little one has finally got his EHCP. I think I am going to cry with relief
That’s great! So glad you got it and he’ll have the support he needs. 💙
Was it his nursery who requested one? We have regular meetings with the local SEN team through nursery but no one has mentioned a EHCP yet so I’m wondering if I need to instigate it.

Just need to vent
My daughter has responded to my every request today with “OH-KAAYYYYY” with a real attitude or if I, for example, ask her to get out the car “I’m already DOING it”
Like I love you you are my life and soul but also go duck yourself

Yes it was nursery … they thought it was best he had it in place before he starts reception in September so we went ahead with it!
they said he might catch up but best to have it rather than not cos he is behind other kids his age. You could still ask yours about one and see what they say!
thankyou. I’m so relieved and feel better about him starting school now

Thank you! I will mention it at the next meeting then. As you say, better to have it in place and not need it than the other way round.

It’s not just one area he is behind with so we all thought it was best
How old is yours.
it takes 20 weeks for it to come through so probably best getting it sorted if you feel yours needs one. Apparently they don’t give them out as much due to cut backs etc so I was relieved he got it 🥹

This was me today after an epic toddler meltdown in Tesco, before she deliberately tipped her dinner all over the floor (and on the dog) and she had a 5 minute nap on the way home from the shop which led to bedtime being 2 hours late 😭😭

Tired tired tired and tonsillitis has struck me 😭 mini A hasn’t slept well all week, she’s been full of a cold and bad cough. Which in turn I’ve not slept well.. she’s hardly ate much in the last few days just managing bits of stuff. She’s not slept past 6:15am since Sunday and she’s just exhausted. I’m exhausted so i dread to think how she feels. Due to early wake up I’ve been putting her to bed at 7.15 so she’s asleep for 7.30-7.35ish but I’m wondering if it’s too early and it’s causing her to be awake early (but she’s waking up at 6am and it’s a longgggggg day for a 3 year old)??

She usually is asleep for 7:40pm when she’s well, and she sleeps soundly until 7am, sometimes 7:15am.

I think she’s waking up early cos she’s starving but she’s not managing much 😫 just hope she perks up soon and has a proper sleep which I hope will help.. doesn’t help there’s nobody else to take over the nights and I’ve had complete broken sleep allllll week.. her dads been doing overtime at work amd
He didn’t come mid week like he usually does to see her so I didn’t even get a break! Thankfully she’s at her dads tomorrow morning till Sunday till 3pm so I can get a long sleep without being interrupted 🤞🏻
