look, I’m all for raising awareness/providing tips for dealing with sick babies etc when it’s done tastefully/respectfully - for example there have been times that videos posted by Sick Happens have been really useful to me for some of the less common stuff - BUUUUUT what parent hasn’t dealt with conjunctivitis/who the heck wants to see that on insta? idk just seems unnecessary for something so run of the mill

The thing that actually irks me the most is the way she acts as though nurses and doctors don’t know what they are talking about or have some sick underlying motivation to deceive parents or be neglectful of patients…

I thought I was reading too much into her posts but it’s interesting you agree. Always making our nurses/drs are the bad guys and you need to go in all guns blazing. Id only she realised we do it because we want to help people.

I find so many things about their business cringey. That wall definitely is high at the top of the list. Tiny Hearts didn’t ‘save’ that girl (from anaphylaxis)….the parents did.

Giving out those kinds of photos is super weird. Just a couple of weeks ago tiny hearts asked parents to send in photos/video of children with rashes, breathing problems ect. I wouldn’t want my child in distress used to make these people rich.

They didn’t ‘create’ baby first aid like she seems to think, she just regurgitates free information for a profit then claims she saved kids.
