Does Tiny Hearts ever do anything for free? A child has died due to a hospital's fault abd she's cashing in? Many successful business give small guides for free and then focus on selling the bigger items.
I get that they're a business but the way she is cashing in on this poor boy passing away is sickening. She could make this free and but instead she knows people will think "just in case I ever need to advocate I better buy it".

I haven’t taken notice of TH since their ridiculous Bieber gate but does this not seem suss??!!!! Am I the only one that thinks she would drag the poor baby to hospital and claim she suspected an ingestion just to demand an xray for content??
Is it not alarming that her kids have experienced all of these incidents and been featured in her content in ‘real’ situations?? If she’s in the business of preventing such things why do all of these things seem to happen to her kids??!!

They certainly seem to get more visits to hospital than most kids I know.
I’m surprised she even allows toys (or any item) in her home with button batteries. Definitely seems like an engagement or content attempt
Yes she always bangs on about how dangerous they are - surprising she has them in the house?
So easy just to not have them in the house. We don’t have any button battery toys and any regular battery ones have screws for the cases. It’s not a difficult choice given the consequences.

Doesn’t make any sense that she said the suspected battery came from a torch type device left in her son’s bedroom as a gift. If she’s so in touch with this stuff and educates everyone she knows then who is she allowing in her son’s bedroom that she hasn’t briefed on her strict rules. I mean the husband could barely feed the baby solids without a full risk assessment signed off by her so I find it hard to believe this story is true.
She would have photographed said light for content since she photographs everything so the fact she threw it away and had to hunt for the device online to confirm number of batteries literally screams made up for content!!
Another part that didn’t make sense was when she said her husband took the baby to hospital but she had to have him send the xray to her then she reviewed it and told him to demand another xray and tell him exactly how to advocate for the child. Why didn’t she go being the health professional she thinks she is? Why didn’t she tell her husband before he took her to make sure they X-ray upper and lower so there is a complete view. Clearly she told him to make sure to photograph her on the table for her planned post but not to get a complete X-ray? Right, Nikki, right!
This has to be up there with some of her worst posts I’ve seen! So obvious it’s not a real story.
How rich must this family be? Another holiday involving a flight. Only ever pops on to show their incredible wealth. Remembering that he is a SAHD so all their money comes from her business!
They stayed at Qualia, in a pool room which is close to $4000k a night with just breakfast.

Did she share it? What is wrong with those women? For experts in first aid, they have 100x the amount of incidents compared to the average person!
How can so many life threatening, hospitalization required incidents happen? So disingenuous and absolute scaremongering. And his poor little face with the tears, no need to show this.
