She is completely lacking in self awareness. She has previously thanked a friend of her sons on her stories for bringing a cake for him and then (subsequently

The age for Insta is 13 so it’s quite likely that her sons friends could be watching her unhinged rantings (complete with coarse and vulgar language) whilst hungover after getting hammered for all who care to watch.
