Newbie here - what are your thoughts on CB? The hypocrisy of her really winds me up. Grid post back in January about her massive debt and then today a story post about the £300 shoes she “bought on a whim”. (She is trying to flog them as she has some others she prefers more).
Yes...Like all of them. They start out with a cause or something to say then it’s ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

Think that MOD & FOD are becoming ever more "reality star" in their approach. Face it, no real sleb is plastering their poor kid all over the Internet - maybe the occasional back view or obscured face but not the relentless exploitation that these two exhibit. That latest post must be hell for poor old Anya - bet her friends and their parents have an opinion on it. #katiepriceismybusinessmodel #exploitingmyfiveminutesoffame(and my kids)forallit'sworth
Poor things will be mortified

This was an Erica Davies (Lower Sixth?) post from last Nov. It made me unfollow her, for its naval gazing. I could only take from it that she resents having to disclose all her paid partnerships/#ad work and that the followers hate it. Before it was easy - be sent a product, be sent content ideas, implement as instructed. Now she needs her own creativity to do 'real' (i.e. not sponsored) posts. Also big tick for bandying about 'mental health' - that's a good instamum bandwagon, and yes, blame the moon. AFLucy is v good at this. Fuck off.

here's the post text if you fancy a laugh.

I don’t know if it’s the moon, or whether it’s the time of year, but I have felt my anxiety creeping back a bit over the past couple of weeks. I’ve been worrying about everything - from losing my Instagram mojo, to what it is I am REALLY trying to say. I’ve been looking at other feeds wondering if I’m doing it all wrong - and I NEVER usually feel that way because there’s a place for everyone. Everyone does their own thing, in their own way. So I wanted to say this out loud, to all of us: it’s fine to question how you can improve yourself, but please don’t ever compare yourself to others. Not on here, not on Facebook, not in magazines, not in real life. Please believe me when I say we all have days when we would rather switch everything off. You are not alone in feeling this way. But you are not falling behind - and you don’t always have to be ‘on.’ The rule to being happy: don’t compare yourself to others. ‘You’ are just brilliant. The end ?

INPO is so DESPERATE to be a top tier instamum. She’s utterly ridiculous. And that dimple dance 😳 No one needs to see her face that close up. Go away.

But, I have to say that I LOVE Kerri from Life with Ivy Coco. She’s really cool & doesn’t give a fuck which is refreshing. She makes me buy stuff so she’s obviously very good st her job 😂
I find her a try hard. Her life is one big add

The fat funny one is currently gurning in her stories about how she managed to get 1000 women to sign up to her free challenge, all well and good until she mentions she should have charged everyone £1 to sign up!

Its all about the money, even with the lower tier ones who are now clambering to occupy the spot left vacant by MODs et als rise to regular non insta fame.

You see the same tired predictable faces at the same events. All the Dlisters were at the Davina ryvita thing.
The ryvita thing was hilarious. As in embarrassing.

I hate to say this but totally agree with the above....used to enjoy NSSN’s posts (kinda stumbled upon her by accident but stayed as her posts were original, funny and well written. You could tell she was a marketing “pro”). But now she’s as cringe as the rest, totally believing her own hype (which loses all content and influencing cred, as far as i’m concerned). Shame....she had the potential to rise to the upper echelons of U6....but now just feels like a bit of a “scrape” (along with CT).

I too have had lengthy DMs with her and she came across as concerned, open and genuine. Far more than any other instagrammer.
Ok, that’s brilliant. I thought these threads were a place to share criticisms. I’m disappointed to have experienced a different side to Pukka than everyone else has

I'm sick to the back teeth of anyone who dares to disagree with them being called a troll. It's a way to discredit and shut down people, encourage a pile-on and it's bullshit.
Thank you i think this is so true. There’s no other area of life where you’d get away with this. They’re so childish and afraid of criticism

Yeah, never heard of her before today but took a look at her stories and she seems vile. Has she really taken her kids out of school for 3 months for a holiday too?

They all hang around together as they are just looking to boost each other’s followings by Collaborating. Also no other fucker is going to let them share everything.

No-one ever disagrees with anything she says as far as I can see. Not on instagram anyway. Highlighting male suicide rates is worthy of discussion, as is IWD, but to conflate the two? No need.

Where did you see this?
This is in the comments on her IG grid post 4 days ago. ?

Actually every parent is given tax credits. It’s like £20 a each week for first child and £13 for second (I know this as I get). It was in the bounty bag!
If you earn over 50k you have to pay something/don’t get as much...
Yep, if you earn over a certain amount (£60k from memory) you have to repay what you receive in tax. The recommendation I think is to claim even ignorance you earn over the threshold as otherwise you don’t get NI contributions for pension and also child may not get an NI number. I think you can state that you register but earn too much to revive but if you don’t then you receive and then repay at the end of the year. Assume that’s what she’s done as I think her post says she owes the tax man...

How the hell is CT even entitled to tax credits? Seriously! I am a single mum earning barely over £30,000 a year and I'm not entitled to any extra help. They are scroungers, the lot of them.
It’s not tax credit, it’s child benefits

It’s not child benefit. You have to file that yourself, then the bill comes just before Christmas and has to be paid before the end of January (I know that from personal experience).
And if it’s child tax credits, they must have a very creative accountant. The threshold for that has been lowered year upon year. A friend has 3 kids and an income of around £30,000 and doesn’t get anything.
It is child benefit, they were entitled to it at some point and you have to notify HMRC when you go over the threshold as HMRC doesn’t automatically stop the payment.
As C wasn’t aware, she didn’t let them know and she now has to repay what has bd overpaid
