God I just hate how these people run around with weapons and harm people, a good friend of mine has passed away this morning at the young age of 24 after being stabbed to death, when is it ever going to end
I moved out of Liverpool a few years back but still have friends there, apparently Cashman was know as the go to man if you wanted someone taking out.All I have heard is it’s cashman and he’s known to be a shooter of others too that’s what was flying round
With a name like Kayleeanne she was destined to be that 'sort' wasn't she!State of this fucking one turning up to court like this!![]()
I've been cheated on, news flash if men weren't so quick to be disloyal the women would have to keep their legs closed.Same. Specially ones who are busting it wide low and open for other womens partners. Just such a nasty wicked thing to do.
and when I got cheated on i never blamed the nasty woman who he cheated with I blamed th3 MAN who was laying down with me every night and telling me lies.I've been cheated on, news flash if men weren't so quick to be disloyal the women would have to keep their legs closed.
Why you so arsed with what someone else does with their vaginamental.
Other women's partners hahaha dya mean MEN who cheat. In the bin with that misogynistic bullshit.
I live in Liverpool not far from where he lives, it was all round the area it was him even down to people discussing it with taxi drivers when picked upHis barrister has a very good reputation for his cross examination approach too, shown by how irate the witness was getting in the box. Although it must have been very scary for her, I don’t think her overall attitude towards the prosecution would have done her many favours with the jury either.
Anyone local on here, is Cashman the only suspect named around the area or is there people who have put other names about who it may have been? Are there people who genuinely believe it wasn’t him? Be interesting to hear from someone in the same locality.
Maybe but he’ll never have any decent quality of life again - no holidays abroad, no Christmases at home, even simple things like BBQs in the garden when we’re all made up to get some sun. He might have what you’ve mentioned but that’s a shit life and it’s going to be a LONG time before he gets out. I hope he rots.Things will carry on as normal I imagine with him being in there.. he’ll get a phone, have money, no one is gonna touch in him prison with the Kinahans behind him. He is probably gonna be one of the safest men in there.
Are they Catholics or travellers? They’ve started their own race here. This might help![]()
The fact she felt the need to mention he has a small Willy as well. This is a murder trial of a 9 yr old girl. What's the need? Screams vindictive to me.So cashmans defence is basically that the witness and her partner are lying to get one over on him? It probably doesn’t help that she “joked” about the reward money does it. Along with the fact they owed him 25 grand![]()
I find Witness Protection intriguing. If you’re given a new identity in adulthood, how do you never slip up? Plus how do you come up with a new history? Explaining where you’re from etc?I very much doubt TC’s trout pout trashy gf will stick by him for the 30 odd years that he’s hopefully going to get! He’ll be around 70 if he ever gets out.
Let’s hope the police go down the proceeds of crime route and take every last thing she has including her Discovery Sport.
Plus I really hope the brave side chick gets the reward money. I bet she has a very distinctive scouse accent, which will be tricky to hide in any future relationship/ job/ socialising, plus she’ll always be looking over her shoulder.
I agree with you, if I was on that jury at this moment in time I honestly don’t think I could find him guilty. He was a known drug dealer in his area so that CCTV would clearly show him doing the exact same thing day in day out. They haven’t provided any strong evidence apart from a woman who was infatuated with him who wanted to ruin his life and her fella had a 25k bill with him, nothing in my opinion is substantial even though I 100% think it was himCoincidences doesn’t convince juries though. Evidence does. I don’t agree that the cctv places him time and time again at the scene looking for Nee. The cctv places him in and out of other dealers houses, if the prosecution believed that he was only doing these routes on that day, they’d have proved it. They’ll know there’s cctv of him in the days, weeks and months prior at all of these same locations. I don’t believe the cctv evidence holds any weight at all.
As for him saying he thinks he went to Argos, it’s up to the prosecution to prove to the jury that he wasn’t there.
They haven’t.
The forensic evidence relating to the gunshot residue described as low level transfer isn’t concrete enough in my opinion.
It’s not down to the defence to prove their innocence, it’s down to the prosecution to prove his guilt.
Like I’ve said, I think he did it. But I don’t think the prosecution have a strong case. Will be interesting to see what other witnesses the defence calls and how the prosecution responds to those.
