He apparently garden hopped and went in the back door that didn’t have CCTV.

He wouldn't be coached by the defence at all his day in court would have been first time they met he wasn't the most convincing witness I must say though

Edit: just read now! Really surprised they reported that it was Russell’s on off partner as it makes it a lot easier for her to be identifiable if that’s publicly known. I’m sure most in the area know who she is anyway, but seems crazy to make that public if she’s under protection.

Exactly!!! To be honest it hasn’t even crossed my mind it would be his bird with her sleeping with cashman-but makes sense now. Is Paul Russell related to Carl Russell who was executed in belle vale?

I might be wrong but wasn't paul Russel on nights out with Charlotte Dawson at one point it could be me getting mixed up though admittedly

The fact that many of the posts on here are about how vile she is shows what a great job he did. The trial is about the murder of a little girl not the morals of a witness.

Kyle Bevan and Sinead James (who made me laugh, I know I'm evil, when she said repeatedly that men in her life made her feel small. If you've seen the pics of her. I rest mmtlly case 🤣and yes I know it is bitchy but what is worse is she clearly saw the danger her partner put them in and hopefully they're both found guilty.

I find it odd he chased Nee into Cheryl’s house and still shot at him. Makes me wonder if it’s true that Cheryl and Nee were involved and Cashman was aware of that and was Nee actually running to Cheryl’s house when he was being shot at?

As for the Witness leaving her door open even Cheryl admitted she left her door open on the latch as neighbours would pop in and out of each others houses.

Without being horrible is Olivia’s mum really the type nee would be going with? Highly doubt it. Yeh might leave the front doors unlocked but not your back door and go to bed?

So she was having a relationship with them both at some point?

very strange to include that information but I think it’s easy to guess although her having a relationship with them both made me think it could have been a relative of Paul Russel

Or if he was on licence which he was for a previous crime he may have been in trouble mixing with certain people. Depends what his licence conditions were. Reading up about his previous conviction he will be out soon. He only had to serve the remainder of his sentence which was only a few months
