I’ve watched the first two episodes. I think it’s quite slow and not fast paced Enough some of the actors and actresses do not suit the part and things aren’t really done like that in Liverpool as they have displayed on the show. Don’t get me started on the accent. They are absolutely everywhere.

Whose accent is bothering you?

I did find I had to turn the volume up high as it felt like they were mumbling

Most of the girls accents were so far off being Scouse it was unbelievable apart from the girl with the dark hair who had the baby to the big fella son she was half convincing. I think they cast Micheals girlfriend completely wrong she wouldn’t be like that.

I’m from Essex so I wouldn’t be able to tell if they were bad tbh

When I first saw the trailer I did think it was a third series of Time when I saw it had Sean Bean, Jack McMullen and James Nelson-Joyce

Yeah, jack and James played their part perfectly. I do think Sean could’ve attempted a Scouse accent to make it more convincing

Very enjoyable, but the poor accents are a bit distracting especially Diana, and she mumbles, like she can't open her mouth properly but aside from that it's OK

I feel like there was a lot of mumbling in general. One of Michael’s lines, I had to rewind so many times to understand what he was saying

I think the actress who played Diana was casted wrong she couldn’t really do the Scouse accent. She didn’t look the part and whoever ever styled her do a good job they made her look more 1950s than Scouse gangsters moll
Also no scout scale who is with a drug dealer actually works they are the ones who are fronting sunbeds shops and beauty and aesthetics clinics

I enjoyed it but think it was maybe two episodes too long and wholly agree with the mumbling🙈

Just watched all eight episodes. It was very watchable and I did like some parts but in loads of parts it did seem a little unrealistic and they got the casting horrifically wrong. Sean‘s character would’ve been better off played by a proper Scouser someone like Paul Usher who played Barry Grant in brookside would’ve been better off playing that part.
The women should’ve been all Scouse because they’re accents were terrible

I agree, her clothes didn't seem to fit the character and yes, she needed a job to rinse the money too

Watched it all over the last couple of days. Slow in the middle but a good watch. Love all the big hair.
