Really enjoyed this though agree with the poster above that it’s not as gripping as Kin or Gangs of London. Gives me my crime/gangster fix though. I can’t work out if I find Michael extremely attractive or a bit odd looking. I also read (in the Corrie thread I think) that Jamie looks like a young Kevin Webster and now I can’t unsee it 😂

Whose accent is bothering you?

I did find I had to turn the volume up high as it felt like they were mumbling
Most of the girls accents were so far off being Scouse it was unbelievable apart from the girl with the dark hair who had the baby to the big fella son she was half convincing. I think they cast Micheals girlfriend completely wrong she wouldn’t be like that.

Very enjoyable, but the poor accents are a bit distracting especially Diana, and she mumbles, like she can't open her mouth properly but aside from that it's OK
I think the actress who played Diana was casted wrong she couldn’t really do the Scouse accent. She didn’t look the part and whoever ever styled her do a good job they made her look more 1950s than Scouse gangsters moll
Also no scout scale who is with a drug dealer actually works they are the ones who are fronting sunbeds shops and beauty and aesthetics clinics

Binge watched the whole series over a few nights and was holding my breath during the final episode . I know Jamie and Michael are both baddies of the worst kind, but for some strange reason I found myself rooting for Michael 😳. BBC -series 2 please!!

Yes I think they have, I saw a comment on another site saying they split up a couple of months ago, so being a nosey cunt I looked on insta and as you say, there’s no trace of them together, I bet he won’t be single for long 😉
Be loads of woman dm him their details, might fling mine in the hat as well 🤣

Lewis not my cup of tea - I can see what you mean but nah.
To be fair, Mike Noble isn’t my cup of tea either - my husband’s closer to Jarvis Cocker than anyone else I can think of, both in looks, figure and style. Perfect for me!
Something about Banksy though. I’d eat him like a snack.

Just watched all eight episodes. It was very watchable and I did like some parts but in loads of parts it did seem a little unrealistic and they got the casting horrifically wrong. Sean‘s character would’ve been better off played by a proper Scouser someone like Paul Usher who played Barry Grant in brookside would’ve been better off playing that part.
The women should’ve been all Scouse because they’re accents were terrible

That was me that said it 😂
It’s all I can see now

Also I know what you mean about Michael
Yeah I also agree. Michael has that sculptured look; like the face of a high fashion model. But when his hair is shorter/skin head, he looks like a wrong'un haha
