Has anyone noticed the way she speaks to A? She puts this weird fake voice on like she’s speaking to a baby…. And A sounds like a perfectly normal 5 year old when he speaks back, the way she talks to him just seems very condescending and unnecessary like she’s trying to prove a point ‘I have to talk to him in this stupid baby voice because he’s autistic’ …no you don’t Lesley

Curious, did A get a dedicated 1:1 at school? I saw some of the ehcp stuff but wasn’t clear if agreed.

100% This! A seems able, socially and communication too. I do fear she puts a very high level of exaggeration onto him

Whilst A most certainly has autism, he does not require the same level of need she portrays. His EHCP no doubt will be adapted as he grows, as he learns more about himself and the world just like others. Why she doesn’t see it as a positive is beyond me- celebrate the wins with him! Does it affect finances if his needs are not as severe as she makes out? I wonder what the reason is- maybe it’s being used in the divorce against her ex, as in he couldn’t meet his need?

Or maybe the ex realised what a vile narcissist she was and left whilst he could and is thriving without her!

Just based on videos he doesn’t come across as autistic to me but that’s just my opinion… he seems very social, smart beyond his years and has great communication for his age. I would bet that she’s exaggerating his needs for attention and of course money (dla)…

Yep and this is where she is fighting all the time for higher levels of support which is very selfish!
There are many other children that need it!

Autistic kids can be social, smart and articulate though. If you met my daughter you’d probably think I was out of my mind, getting her diagnosed. Once you get to know her you start to see the subtle traits, though.

I also believe that Alfie is autistic but his support needs don’t seem to be nearly as high as L portrays. School will see to that though. If they don’t think he needs intense support, they will say so.

Of course they can, I wasn’t saying they couldn’t, I just personally don’t see any autistic traits in A based on videos etc

Same, I’m not saying he isn’t. But when you see how she Is with him she talks in a manner of ..your not understanding me so I’ll talk overly exaggerated so you can understand.
She does everything in a aggressive manner and I find that she did that in the vids she posted of the egg hunt.

I do feel she is putting a lot more on than what he is able to do. Like she is always negative about everything

I don’t get her at times. She won’t tell strangers face to face he has autism and is struggling right now but will happily tell 5000 strangers on the internet far more intimate details about, A and his behaviours, bad mouth staff and schools and degrade her ex.
Something has happened today which has set her off again, I wonder what that was.

She really doesn’t have a clue, she exploits A on social media for followers and likes….but apparently wouldn’t tell a stranger he was autistic…..minus the 5000 strangers on social media….sounds like more Lesley bull

Another case of 'we're not entitled to this, but I'm gonna scream and shout until they make an exception and bow to my demands'. Of course he's not entitled to free after school provision, no child is. Instead of throwing shade at your ex and the system, why not chase him for the share of the money that needs to be paid.

I don't quite understand what she is complaining about. She's shocked she has to pay for afterschool care? I used a private daycare afterschool sessions for around 100 a week. They sourced funding to provide a 1-1 to meet his needs but I didn't expect free care just because my child has a disability or that I was a single parent?

She was so aggressive and unhinged ranting on stories last night.

Yet again, if I was reading her captions for the first time, I would think she was describing a child with very very high care needs.

Guess what? I don’t think my son would cope with after school club either. After a full day at school he can be pretty wrung out. They call it restraint collapse don’t they? An autistic kid has to work so hard at dealing with the overwhelm of the school environment. It makes complete sense that they need a quiet, calm environment after school.

Of course L has to shout that he needs a 1-1 just like he does at breakfast club. Is that really meeting his needs though? It doesn’t sound like he needs intense adult supervision, he just needs to be somewhere chilled and quiet.

I totally get the impossibility of juggling full time work and wraparound care as a single mother to an autistic kid. I’m a SAHM precisely because I can’t juggle it.

Her attitude is absolutely disgusting, A does not need the amount of support she says he does. She’s just an entitled witch who demands attention constantly, it’s like she wants him to have these complex needs which he doesn’t so she exaggerates and demands more unnecessary support. I feel really sorry for the people who have to deal with her stamping her feet, it’s honestly embarrassing.

How come she collects from school every day if it’s 50/50 shared care. Shouldn’t the ex be doing that? She has said on posts when she’s not seen A for a few days at a time 🤔
