Such a dissapointment when I grew out the age where I could be dressed in anything without complaint, I was middle grandkid on one side so that side didn't care what I was since there was already both, but other side I was first grandkid an also first female in many generations so man the fuss that was made because there was finally a "princess" to have dresses, bows an a pink room an could go shopping an get nails done etc in the end the only one truely disappointed was my mum who had wanted all that (an still does) my grandparents realised I was certainly no princess an once older my grandpa actually loved I would go fishing with him, my grandma I think was more relieved cause she couldn't do hair for shit or knew how to dress me (took me up the town when I was 2 in my pj's)
