You know what always sticks in my head with her...
When all this 'fame' started and she posted on her stories 'RIP me and him' at the mention of the carers stopping....i just thought it screams drama queen! Like when someone says 'i will just kill myself then'when you know they actually wont.

YES!!! I have a screenshot of that Twitter post.
Also the amount of times she has mentioned since that she doesn’t really struggle with her mental health. Her mocking of suicide is just another example of her total disregard for anyone else’s struggles or realities.

The fact is: you can quite literally predict when he will end up in hospital based upon nothing but her behaviour. I’m not going to sit and say my opinions on if there’s anything malicious going on, but if you look at past events, the timeline of his hospital admissions, and other things going on around the same time. It just. seems. suspicious. shes extremely fortunate knowing that the majority of her followers are oblivious to what goes on in the “Sen world” and will never question anything she does.

She’s riding the high wave at the moment, #ads coming in every direction, the pity she thrives upon from thousands of people..... but this won’t last. The truth will come out, and this is not going to end well.

Absolutely but without saying things that will make things obvious, some of us on here commenting know Kaytee outside of the instasphere and know what she has said herself about being questioned about things and that was before she became a influencer and had been in the media. Plus shes not your average sen parent, if SS were aware of her before she was in the media, now she has over 60k followers, they would be stupid to not act if there are concerns because if something happened they would have their heads on the block. Alot of parents who need their children safeguarding are secretive about it and dont post those things online, shes openly broadcasting multiple safeguarding concerns to tens of thousands.
😂 not just social services watching, shes probably had more people reporting her on the NSPCC website where you can report parents than any other parent, they action each report they receive too and get other agencies involved

She’s so entitled, I don’t have children but I know If I did you just have to get on with it. Mothers I know with healthy 3 year old children, rarely get to socialise etc children are time consuming. I cannot understand how she can openly say she’s missing meds and feeds and think that’s ok and we should all feel sorry for her. Then despite the apparent absolute exhaustion she goes back to nursing and gets kittens. What is wrong with you!
A Friend pointed this out to me other day (I have 2 children under 3) and I never, ever do anything social unless it’s linked to one or both of my children. I live in turkey so I have no family to help my husbands family live Horus away, so I just get on with it. And my chidlren are healthy (thank god) I can’t imagine having any time to socialize if I had a medically complex child to take of.
I felt she was so entitled before but these latest stories have really shocked me

It’s normal and perhaps shouldn’t be but they aren’t small for long. None of my friends are single mums and they still wouldn’t dream of weekends away. Mad nights out are like are an absolute luxury because no one has time for self care with little ones. I don’t get why she thinks it’s just her missing out

and the thing is - she isn’t even missing out! She’s done more things/ been to more places in the past month than many of us have in the past 2 years 🙄 but you know what? That’s ok. I know my child is vulnerable, and I will make sure I try and shield them as much as I can. (This was the case pre
Covid too)

yet she has the audacity to go here there and everywhere whilst preaching how people need to do their bit to protect kids like J. Give your head a wobble Katie kaytee

She has a warped perception of parenting on a whole. When he was 18 months old she would say about him not being the same as his peers giving examples that he cant walk, doesnt talk, is up through the night and is below where he should be with his height/weight. Theres lots of children who are late walking, talking and shorter/underweight for their age. If anyone commented telling her not to worry so much about his peers and gave examples of their own children, those comments were deleted within a few hours. Socialising is a last thought when you become a mom, most moms just think about how they can socialise their children, we think about baby groups, play meet ups over coffees with other moms, park dates with friends and their children, but kaytee is focused on going out on the lash, fancy events in London and dating. The carers reported her over coming back late drunk. Anyone notice she doesnt mention respite at the hospice anymore since he last went and she went abroad for 5 days? Lots of rumours about why he hasnt been since. Kaytee really thinks that she "deserves" to have a life herself like she had before becoming a mom but when you become a mom to ANY child, your life changes, its simple, dont open your legs if you dont want to put another human first. Theres single moms who havent been out for years, married couples who cant get a babysitter. How many countries has Kaytee been to since he was born, how many hotel breaks has she had? She has more free time than the majority of parents, SEND or not. 60 hours plus 15 hours nursery. That's a luxury. When carers were being cut the last time, if people were following her before that they would have seen how she used carers so she could go out, she would get angry on her stories if carers cancelled and she had to cancel her plans. The whole carer drama was over her panicking she couldnt go out anymore. It had nothing to do with her worrying he would be at risk if she was on her own. His dad has him far more than people realise too and he pays his way.

Where does the dad live? Do we know why they split? Also wasn’t sure about the ex situ that she broke up with like what 8 months ago?

I also didn’t know about the respite and then going on holiday for 5 days, when was this?? Totally blown my mind any last shred doubt in my mind after hearing that

The thing is even if she had a child that was "normal" and did not have the problems her little boy has she would be moaning constantly that she doesnt sleep or get to do things....its called being a parent!!!??? She probably wasnt ready for a child end of.
Thinking she is so entitled to everything cos she is tired....bore off!

She still compares. I remember her saying not so long ago about how much smaller he is to children his age, how he can’t do what they do etc.
you don’t have to have babies nowadays, no one forced her.

Thing is all children are different. One of mine has learning disabilities, he's hard work at times because of it, but no harder than his older neurotypical brother is! 😂

People always used to say with my first born son with high sen, "oh that must be so hard for you..." and I was always "erm...I don't know any different? I don't have other children to compare to, it is just my normal". Which is what you think she would be saying too, as he is her first. But nope, can't stand her

So interesting to read all of your perspectives! I think she relies a lot on the fact that the majority of her followers have no SEN or nurse experience. I don't have any experience with that type of thing and if I saw the changing to 3 feeds a day post I wouldn't even think to question it. It also never occurred to me about the feeding tube being out until I read posts here, it seems really obvious now but because I had no experience with it I just took it at face value. It could be the same for a lot of others. X
Exactly this! Most people found her account as it was being shared alongside a sob story about her situation. They followed, donated and didn’t question anything as most had no experience of SEN.
She is a pathological liar and her downfall will be her own doing as she documents everything on social media. She uses her child as a prop for sympathy and it’s sickening.

Oh that’s really sad about the friend. I saw a few stories without explanation to what it was about so wasn’t sure and then a grid post got deleted

Just re-reading the reasons why so many people felt they needed an input of cash.

J’s bed wetting. Remember when this was a huge issue ladies? All the nappy/clothes/bed changes he needed? Such a loooooong time since any of that’s been mentioned. It must of miraculously fixed itself.

And the astronomical amount of ‘jobs’ and ‘checks’ she needs to do, no human alive can be expected to carry them out. Just read that statement and the impact it will of had on impressionable and eager to look like they care followers??.
WOW they must be talking about a different woman here because she literally pops a few bags in the boot and they can swan off on holiday or to a hotel. I don’t see him attached to oxygen, a stats machine, being suctioned, no epilepsy monitor, his bed isn’t tilted, there’s no sleep system to ease his limbs, most nights he isn’t even fed when he should be (we’ve all seen her forget his pump battery but never forgets his iPad or chargers) the medical, physical and let’s face it physiological embellishments have been there since the very beginning. In what seems to be a web of lies she simply can’t run away from for much longer.
‘We’ the SEN community saw you for who you are a very long time ago.
