If I were a DVC owner I would be raising holy hell with Disney about letting non-DVC owners, especially vloggers, into these events. There's absolutely no reason a vlogger should be able to film and profit off a "closed event" to the general public.

Social media/vlogging has ruined the magic and mystery of Disney. There are no surprises anymore, people expect to get "pixie dusted" because one person vlogged about their experience and don't get me started on the vloggers when a new ride/attraction opens up or the buying up and resale of merch. Disney had no problem with attendance when the Disney website was the main resource for trip planning.

I agree. They completely ruin the magic and there is less magic because of them. Someone recently posted on TTT facebook group for someone to tell Tim a DCL hack where you can "request" character sheets for the kid's bed. This infuriates me. This is a pixie dust thing that your room host does as a surprise and not something people should be asking for. If everyone starts asking for it, they're going to take the fun surprise away for everyone. And you know you'll get---my kid doesn't like Cars, they wanted Spiderman sheets and now they're sooooo upset. I want my money back!!!!

Side note--our last room host did my 20 year old daughters' beds in princess and Minnie sheets. And they loved it.

The food situation is so weird, but I think I have it kind of figured out. I really think that they have no idea how poorly they are eating. They think that because they eat a vegan dinner, they are being “healthy.” I really think they have no idea just how many calories are in a portion of those boxed meals.

Oh 100%! Both of those yokels have zero education when it comes to food (and so many other things) that they are super susceptible to BS health marketing. A lot of vegan products like the box they order are also ultra processed and fiiiiiilled with salt, sugar, and other additives to make them shelf stable and palatable but they just see "vegan" and assume it's healthy. They definitely have some disordered eating going on (no surprise, we all knew this) but what sucks is seeing them pass on that disordered eating to their kids. They're creating some monstrous picky eating habits for Budley and it's going to blow up in their face as he gets older and more unruly.

Edit: Let's also add the stupid box subscriptions to the list of backwards things they do as "environmental warriors." It's so wasteful! I think those boxes can be great for folks with disabilities or really busy lifestyles, I'm not trying to be a hater about the boxes, it's just another thing that they do out of sheer laziness and convenience. If I had the kind of dumb money they lucked into, I'd buy the best fancy fresh produce available to me and make bomb a meals.

If they were DVC and were going to a Moonlight Magic event I would get it more. They sure seem anti-DVC, so going to a Moonlight Magic event Is hypocritical. What do they care about Moonlight Magic in their TIm TRACKER family travel channel. It’s not their thing other than they want the clicks and are moochers. I just find it gross. Yeah, I am DVC. So, I have thoughts on it. Moonlight Magic is a witch to get and they sell out like hotcakes so I am more miffed at the chumps that added them to their group.

Jenn said she wanted to feed Tim before a Tim left as if he wasn’t going to pull in a drive thru.

Jenn also said this is was happens when Tim has to do something in the day time and night time, she has to do chores. That’s what you’re supposed to do you dimwit.

It’s really wild (lol like buddy1!) how hard it is to get in. I had a trip planned in 2018 and it overlapped one of the first events at AK. I did get in. The website was an absolute witch though. I know it’s only gottten worse since. Website sometimes is better but the # trying to get in goes up. I don’t even look to see if the events overlap my trips anymore because I don’t feel like being disappointed or wasting time with Disney IT. I can’t be the only one who just doesn’t bother. All so yokel Dim can get $15 worth of sugar, film, and cash a $500 YouTube check

Side note - one of my co-workers came in late, he currently drives an EV that doesn't have 4WD, I jokingly said, why don't you get a Rivian so you can have an EV with 4WD? He then told me at his previous job he worked with the team that engineered the Rivian and it was engineered so sh!tty, he said he wouldn't take a free Rivian

I know the stans (and the Bojos) want to keeping sticking their heads in the sand and then wondering how the world got to being the way it is, but is watching a guy that looks like death choke down multiple Mickey bars or listening to a bloated useless ungrateful lazy bleep witch about dishes or more junk they can’t return from places they should be boycotting anyway, really making them happier? Stay safe! We were supposed to get up to 8" yesterday in Chicago and they canceled my daughter's school. I think we *might* have gotten 3 inches. I wish I could have a job that I could be wrong at 95% of the time. LOL
