I'm using up the last of my Autumn/Christmas shower gels, cant be smelling of pumpkin spice etc in Spring

I’m just about used up my current handwash so my pretty Spring floral design one can be started

It’s meant to be really windy where I am today

Same here. I’ve been on annual leave this week and the weather has been awful. It’s either been windy, raining, dull and grey or a mix of all. I was hoping to spend a lot of time outdoors but I’ve pretty much slept the week away and been a hermit because the weather has been so shit. I’m not off again for another few months and by that time it’ll be summer

I got some cushions for my balcony chairs at Aldi this week, 10€ per cushion, which is a real steal - I had been looking at some online and the cheapest I had found started at 20€. Need to see how they hold up, but they are nicely thick and definitely an improvement over not having cushions at all. Now just need the weather to warm up again, it's only 6 °C today, but middle of next week is projected to go up to 17!

Raining all day yesterday and looks like it will be the same here again today. We had about two days of nice sunny weather and that was it

Yep, do mine twice a year, one in November and one in April. Not a job I like, but I feel better once it's done.

Well firstly get the washing out on the line then I might go to a garden centre see what plants they have.

I would really recommend buying a David Austin rose bush - I’ve got three or four and they are amazing, and seem to be much healthier than other rose plants I’ve bought. Some I’ve had for years They’re a bit more pricey but all the hard work is done for you as they’re established and will flower in abundance that same year. You can get specific climbing ones if that’s what you’re after.

This is the week I'm going to get my bits and bobs planted. Looking forward to having some colour around the place. My son got some bedding plants/shrubs to replace a few that weren't doing well so we will get those into the ground this week too.

I left it last minute and couldn’t find any in the supermarkets where I live. Shelves were completely empty, I ended up finding some in shop that mostly sold booze

Temperatures are reaching mid 20s next week for many places in the UK

Having said that, and I hate to be that person(!) but we could really do with some decent rain here too. I'm in Yorkshire and I can't remember the last time we've had a decent spell of rain. The ground is already cracking up because it's so dry. I live near moorlands too and there's already been some significant fires up there. We aren't even in summer yet

I live near there now and it hasn’t really rained since we moved. I’m not complaining atm because we were surrounded by trees and nothing dried where we lived before.

I’m off to Greece! I actually bought beach towels today, I wanted plain striped ones and H&M delivered! Had my current beach towel for about 10 years
