Really basic I just steeped some petals in boiling water for a few minutes then took them out and drank the water! It tastes kind of gingery. How do you make magnolia tea then? Because my little magnolia is having an impressive second flush of flowers so I fancy giving it a go….
Thank you so much for replying! It’s gorgeousSorry @bellinibobble i was AWOL for a bit. The tree is mine, it’s a magnolia stellata. Love a magnolia but these chaps don’t get as big as the ones with tulip shaped flowers![]()
I’m trying to hold off for 2/3 more weeks - it’s raining for the 3rd day straight now so easy enoughI keep buying plants I need to stay away from garden centres![]()
Thank you!! Hopefully the bottoms will shrink a bitThey’re from Next! The bottoms are way too long so hoping they shrink a bit in the wash as I’m having to roll them upI bought tall as my legs are long but apparently Next thought that means bottoms long enough for someone 7 foot 6
This is beautiful! My £3 lupin from B&Q . Bought it in February when it was tiny and first bumblebee came to visit todayView attachment 2931153View attachment 2931154

Yeah I'll have to go to a garden centre and ask. I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to planting plants or what to plant in a small garden. I will probably look at YouTube too. You get any inspiration and ideas from YouTube? My dad is my inspiration to be honest. I kinda just plant what he does. But I have planted two big pots of petunia surfinia for my friend as he has just bought a house so they'll be full of colour for the whole summer once they kick off. Can you get to a garden centre, they're always very helpful and will be happy to advise once you explain what you're looking to do.
