The weather where I am is currently a mixture of really warm and absolutely bouncing it down!

I am sick of feeling like we have winter. The sun came out so I went for a walk but it was bloody windy.

Just saw a headline promising 3 weeks of sun soon for the South and East. Then it twanged off so didn't get to read for the North and West. I must have knocked something on my screen.

It’s rained all week at mine. I’m sick of it. I’ve been off this week with my little boy for Easter hols and we’ve barely been able to do anything

The blossom is starting to appear on some of the trees .

Wow! Blossom would definitely lighten the mood.

Easter eggs, I've got myself a Lindt one it was on offer at Sainsburys and a box of truffle eggs. Also got eggs for my family as well.

Is there a summer thread? I’m already loving the sunshine and lack of jacket wearing. Can’t beat reading a book outside with a cold drink without a cloud in the sky.

I currently have a freezer drawer full of ice lollies

Sorry about your sheet!! Can I ask what this tree is? I’ve always admired one in a neighbouring garden! Is it a type of magnolia? (Assuming it’s yours ha)

Sorry @bellinibobble i was AWOL for a bit. The tree is mine, it’s a magnolia stellata. Love a magnolia but these chaps don’t get as big as the ones with tulip shaped flowers

Mr fudge got us both a chocolate orange egg, I bought my niece a smarties egg and my baby nephew I bought him the hungry caterpillar Easter egg hunt book because he’s too small for chocolate

I’ve got decent hyacinths in my garden for the first time this year! Have the conditions been particular good for them this year? Usually they’re munched by slugs and snails I think, maybe it’s been too cold for them!

Funny you say that as usually I’m not a fan of hyacinths, but this year they have been . I’ve got them on my spring bulb shopping list for next year now!

We still don't. Grrr! But I'm glad you do!

I can't wait to get my planting done. I saw a few elderly gents with the pack of Sweetpea bedding plants in Aldi lately so I grabbed a tray and have them in my utility room, they're coming on nicely until I get them out. We still had frost at the weekend

It's a viburnum opulus roseum and there's something about the RHS on the label.
Sadly I can't get one as it seems to grow 12 foot and it's 12 foot wide.

It did feel like Spring today!! I found it was quite warm, well at least warmer than usual today. I’ve had some hot cross buns already and have decided what easter egg I want (the toblerone one lol)

Oooh I've not chosen an Easter egg yet.
