Is she a Samoyed? I've always wanted one and would have been my first dog if my baby Labrador hadn't fallen into our laps! The amount she sheds is enough to make me reconsider a Sammy .

We actually Have 3 of them.

I’ve decided to keep the little monster.. she is verging in feral (she’s a Romanian street dog) but Jesus I’ve never been loved by an animal as much as Bella.

She’s beautiful. She reminds me of my old dog Sophie. Sadly no longer with us. A freebie puppy who grew up to be the best dog ever

My little baby, turned one last Tuesday! This was a picture from the kennel and everytime I see it, I can't help but laugh .

Unfortunately she has as many health problems as I do

She can't have gluten or grains. When people see her, they try give her dog treats without even asking which infuriates me because she can't have anything .

She's got some hip/leg problems and the vet doesn't know what it is for sure but we're on strict instructions to not walk her too much, only once or twice a day for no more than 10 minutes. That makes me sad for her because she has so much energy and I'd love her to be able to go on nice long walks...

The vet also says not to let her run and jump about but I'd like to see them try stop her .

She's on pain meds and YuMove which seems to be making a difference, although she does walk abit funny, I have seen other labs walk the same though!

We've just moved and now have more neighbours around us which she isn't used to so every time she goes out, she barks! Going to have to put her on leash in the garden and if she barks bring her back in and try again but does anyone have any tips for the barking? I know dogs will bark but it's every time and I don't want to be *that* neighbour plus, it's sometimes even after midnight which doesn't help my anxiety 🥹.

We went to an enclosed "run free" field for 30 minutes off lead, well 2 or 3 circuits and she was done.

Made a nice video of hound running but it's too big to upload.

I was dreading the fireworks as Bella is pretty traumatised and triggered by everything, but we had some super loud ones and she slept through it

I figured it out. For some reason it doesn't like me uploading pictures I've taken so I've had to screenshot my own picture to be able to share here .

Anyway, this is her watching me from the other room because i was ill and hadn't given her her daily carrot .

And this is her after she's just had some cream. I swear she doesn't get human food often .

Had a session with dog behaviourist a few days ago, some of the training/ideas seemed strange but when explained, made sense.

Dog has not been herself this week, didn't want breakfast but ate an omelette (chicken & rice wasn't good enough ) at lunchtime today.
We think her back injury is sore again, noticed that as it nears time for her monthly Librela injection this occurs.
Going to a new field tomorrow morning, if she sprints around I guess she's ok, oh well will find out.
Maybe it's the crap weather lol

This is Bernie, our cockapoo. He’s a bit anxious, which presents itself as reactivity to other dogs, so he’s currently on some meds and we’re working through it with the help of a behaviourist. He does manage to go out with a dog walker though and has some doggy friends
