Probably the children and their spouses. We didn't see anything of Princess Anne as it seems she was very close to Balmoral this morning, so her husband may have been there too.

Harry and Meghan were meant to be doing something in London. They probably dropped the plans for them to be in the country when this happened after they moved, hence the possible delay with them travelling + their schedule
