I think it’s the comedian Chris McCausland. Definite scouse accent hiding in there. Also as he’s blind it could be a reason for the simple costume so he can manoeuvre easily.

I wondered John Barrowman for Ghost, putting on his Scottish accent and playing down the singing. Itv had him host the musicals show not that long ago so guess they aren't too bothered about him
