Agree, she's defo lost a lot because she's been eating shite for weeks beforehand. I'm not saying you can't have big losses on it, some people do but when you've been off plan for weeks thats what happens, as you say with water etc!Exactly! But its ok because Jane is going to rush out a video explaining it all and you can guarantee she will want to do it pre Helen. Helen should spend some time focusing on her and the family, crack on with her new plan and she will go far. It will take the pressure off and she can just come back in a few weeks when she has really got into it and worked out how it all works for her and then she will be better positioned to answer questions.

I thought it was lovely but there seemed to be quite a mish mash of styles going on.
Also why did she not put the items back in the cupboards tidily before filming, everything was all over the place.
And most surprising of all to me was the fact the fridge and freezer were very empty.
I did see lots of chocolate bars stashed away though.
