I totally agree with everything you say I too am a rainbow leader so she’s definitely too old and due to Rising waiting lists I don’t know she would even get into Brownies and I agree about the safeguarding concern

Go watch the first 4 years of videos & see how they treated isla like she was made of gold dust and treated Esme like she was a child they hated ( well Sarah really )! The only thing I can think of is when isla was cute they prized her ! She was a big seller for the channel due to her cuteness ! They babied her to the point of the ridiculous! Then along came jace and showed how iddy biddy isla was no longer iddy iddy and her cuteness was long gone and so she was pushed aside along with Esme ! In turn jace who not so long ago was treated like Jesus incarnate is now pushed out for munchkin mila ( meant in a nice way ) lol ……. That’s Sarah’s mandate and so as long as mila doesn’t get replaced by another baby or look too ginger once her hair comes in properly she may fair the best of the lot ( forever to be the baby ) however if either of those two factors change she could be for the push too !Hi guys don’t post on here a lot but noticed something when she was listing the children. But Isla is iddy biddy so rainbows will suit her down to the ground, or more likely is so socially stunted and regressed that she could not cope with brownies. Sorry Sarah rainbows will not happen, I used to volunteer in uniformed organisations, and we had kids with learning disabilities and other problems, we adapted our program to keep those children in an age appropriate group. I am sure brownies could help and support Isla, and would do her good - but our Sarah wants to keep her regressed in rainbows... So she will,have no interaction outside the family. SAD.
