I think it's only a child's food in the UK. It's eaten by (and marketed to) adults in other parts of the world.

I saw 2 men with their whole backs tattooed. One with England written right across the shoulder blades, with a flag, a lion and clouds it was as terrible as it sounds. The other had Jesus on a cross taking up his whole back. I don't understand why.
