People referring to their hairy , overweight fellas as 'vikings ' . Even worse when the blokes refer to themselves as vikings

Gave way to a guy pushing his kids scooter, next thing he’s hopped on to do the school run 🤢

Saw a grown man cycling on one of those fold up bicycles where the wheels are smaller so you know he has to peddle harder to cover the same ground :ROFLMAO:

I'll give him good points for wearing a helmet though.

Also ick is seeing anyone on an e-scooter. They look stupid.

A bit of a long one, but men who make snide remarks when you're not giving them attention.

There's this guy I have on Instagram, I must have matched with him on an app like 7 or so years ago. We never went on a date, but every now and then he'll reply to one of my stories.

Recently he's been doing it more and more and he's so dull. He'll send me a video of the skirting board he's planning to paint at the weekend, or the care label of his new jacket. I usually just ignore these because it's boring.

The other day I uploaded a story, just a funny one that I found. And he said

"Another wild Saturday night."

So I just said "yeah :D".

And then he went "are you going to bed soon?"

And I said "yeah, so tired zzz".

And he went "you know how to live."

I didn't respond to that, it seemed snarky. And so he sent another one that said "I dream of the day you make time for me in your hectic schedule."

I ignored that but it annoyed me. It's such an ick that any one would think that's an attractive attitude. What's the point in being snide towards someone who clearly isn't interested and owes you nothing.

The other day he was giving me running commentary on his wi-fi installation and download / upload speed. That he's so dull and thinks these are good conversation points is an ick in itself😅
If a man said to me “another wild Saturday night?” I’d be like “same goes for you, scrolling on Instagram on a Saturday night” 🙄

100% he's doing the same as me.

And when he says "I dream of the day you make room for me in your hectic schedule".

Me too. I can't wait to discuss wifi upload speeds and the best way to keep a wool jacket clean.

Why are you still following him and allowing him to follow you??

Post exactly that, then unfollow and block.

I don't know really. We've been following each other for about 7/8 years and he's only just started to be like that. Before he might have messaged once every six or so months.

I'm considering blocking now because what he said made me feel uncomfortable. I just always doubt myself or talk myself out it.

You’ve got no connection to him, and he has no entitlement to see what you post. Block him if your page isn’t private. Please don’t doubt yourself over any man, especially not one who you don’t even know!

I removed 1,500 followers from my Instagram and unfollowed about the same amount. My page is now private and I have about 50 followers/pages I follow. Those are either people I know or people who I actually engage with, or who engage with me.
