She has had a gastric bypass. Her after care advice was clear fluids for 2 weeks, purees (absolutely no lumps) for 4 weeks, mush for 4 weeks and then introducing foods starting with soft foods.

Day 2 she was sucking on a McDonald's fry, then we had the cheesecake debacle and the other day she was hoofing down tomato soup. It'll only be a matter of time before she's in a UK hospital with either burst stitches as she has over eaten or a leak where she acidic foods have created a hole.

Why have the surgery if there is no intention of changing the ways?
