In the latest Patreon video she goes over all the projects, apologizes and says they will be updated at the first of every month from now on. Apologizes for her travels being the subject of Patreon videos. Apologizes for not being able to show projects that she can’t show because they are filmed for tv. Shows 2 projects completed for tv. Says the chapel restorer begged to stay on the project at cost even though she tried to pay for the work, and that he’s recouping from his fall. Walked all over the place showing all the work. Had jeans on, hair up because it probably looked like shit, and makeup. (Big improvement). Said she’s waiting on carpentry jobs til her cousin comes in August. Said Ian’s been working everyday on a secret project she can’t show yet. Showed the inside of the dirty bed crown has been reupholstered. Basically everything we warned her about….oh and said even if she goes off she will be back every weekend to have meals with the b$b guests. The thought of losing $30K a month straightens her right up. Let’s see if it lasts……[/SIZE]

Dear Philip. Tonight there were zero snorts and zero comments from behind the camera. This is how we like to roll.

Stephanie is complusive hoarder, when she sees some bright and shiny thing she wants she just buys it. Her mother used to stop her, but she is hiding away in South Africa. There is no one to restrain her from starting new projects, only her mom or Michael could do it. Her enablers, like Philip, are in her pay so they will never object. I'll bet she is overextended financially and cannot complete all the projects she has started. Every month she waits to see what her Patreon or YouTube income is and then starts juggling her bills. If anything happened to Patreon or YouTube her whole house of cards would collapse in a few weeks. She has NO income other than those two sources and regulators could cut them off at anytime. Ever since her mom left she has been out of control and without supervision which would be very exciting to Stephanie after so many years of control by her.

Stephanie lives off of her YouTube revenue. It covers her staff and personal expenses. When she adds a new vlog it can earn her up to $300 each. The more she creates the more she makes. The vlogs loose value over time as they loose visitors. She has a healthy subscriber base, but there are only so many potential chateau subscribers. Stephanie needs to travel so she can create more blogs. Visiting other chateaus means you are getting free content and room and board for you and your staff. Nothing is happening at Lalande - so traveling means your patreons can't checkup on you. In a sense she is "on the run" from anyone checking on her process in finishing things.

Still fulminating on @KiKiGee's post on the chambre Perse.
The wall paper is really, really good. But it is not feminine, as SJ has interpreted its flowers to be, matching them with Marie Antoinette caca flowers. It is masculine. The only thing right in this room may be the yellow curtains, but I doubt it.
Butch luxe is the way to go on this. I like my idea of the yellow Mark Rothkos; a few scimitars crossed over the fireplace with yummy Toledo Damascene handles, modern lapis lazuli block candlesticks, some heavenly Alhambra-esque small, low, jasmine nosegays.....carved alabaster lions from the fountain of the lions....lose that dead French granny vanity and get a nice faux marbre Parsons table....etc. Creamy colored coarse linen lampshades, cream colored linens with very wide crochet lace on the pillows, looted from a cardinal's alb. Everybody and his brother now makes neutral Persian style rugs, some great deals for the size needed here. Some lapis-colored leather in there for winter....

As for bedding, most of the rooms have terrible bedding. If I am paying $300 a night I would like fresh crisp white linens. Yes I know it’s a historic building, but who expects historic linens?? This is definitely my expectation when I book a room, I look at photos of the room and if the bedding is sub par then my assumption is the rest will be sub par. Perhaps I’m spoiled?

Not to derail… but how does one have a relationship with an escort? There was a bit of conversation at the end of #44 about MPK. And what happened to this week’s vlog?

Evidently Ryan is leaving or has left France and Billy made the comment that Michael was to be returning that evening. Had to watch to see if Ryan would say anything about his French residency…..I wonder if it did not go through?

This is so true...... if you want to go "all authentic" then one must arrive in a horse and carriage and don a low cut "a la Marie Antoinette" costume .
No you are not "spoiled" ... you live in the real world and if I was paying that money I would expect clean good bedding and everything that goes along with it too.

She reserves the Frette for herself, she's the only one worth it in her mind. Paying guests should be treated far better than this.

I felt like I wanted to see a deep blue rug. So your lapis idea is in sync with that. There's too much weak floral on everything. Needs contrast in strength and straight lines. And lose the matchy-matchy peachy-beige furniture. It looks like pale clammy skin. Rich dark rosewood piece might be nice. Crisp quality linens, the kind that are cool when you slide in (summer). Not this polyester filled duvet thing from the 1990s.

Great minds think alike, I was thinking deep blue rug, on which the rosewood would look very nice. Is there Persian style furniture? Couldn't find any online but here are some pretty white and blue things for our Parsons table/rosewood credenza. Me likey Greek head and blue bottles. Pretty!!
You could find equivalents for 1/1000th the price.
And that bed thing is what old ladies in nursing homes have. Her formative influence.

Wow ! All that apologizing must have been wrenching for her to do.
Yes indeed the thought of loosing $30,000 a month would sober even the worst alcoholic up straight away.

Well no Yves Delorme in Chambre Perse that is for certain. A set of SJ’s sheets retail for $350. Her minions are lucky to wash them.

I guess the sunday vlog wasn't worth watching since no one mentions anything. Thank you tattler for saving my time!

Happy new vlog.

I agree that she needs to tone down on too much patterns and colours. It's simply too much!

On the other hand the chateau of the fleuries is sooo pastel, a bit boring.

When I travel privately, I usually pick hotels which are memorable, like a manor house, farm or cave. For me, I don't neccesarily need crispy white linen. Crispy clean linnen is enough.

Dang it! I watched NoLife Ryan's clickbait of a vlog with Billieeeee.
It was like watching two dimwits! They make Dumb and Dumber look like geniuses!
The nincompoop has clearly made enough money on buymeacoffee to travel for the summer.

So i see Dan is doing his livingroom the Lalaland style..putting the furniture in before the room is finished..The furniture looks nice allthough i am not a Ikea fan for furniture...I like their kitchenstuff..but no furniture....i know they are on a budget...When you have to move it a lot, the whole bunch is falling apart..and a lot of open spaces in those cupboards..when you have a family and a small house..i think you need a lot of storage space...out of sight..let alone all the cleaning you have to do with all those open spaces in your cupboards.imagine all the dust..he is still working on his house...

Silly, finding himself ravishing, Ryan is leaving France...He doesnt mention where he is travelling to, but i would put some money on Thailand...I bet he is planning to bother some of auntie Omm her relatives..and live there almost for free....you dont need much money there..

Alexander is still at Begmania..busy with the curtaines..living on water and tea..I would like to see some interaction between him and teabag...possibly accompanied by his bunch of rentboys..That would make great content.. I bet they all have send each other some dickpicks..

SJ keeps the Yves Delorme bed linen for herself; it's obvious that the guests are not worth the expensive stuff. The de Gournay wallpaper will only be in her apartment.
