I think it's for Anglophones -- and as discussed, the Holmeses appear to believe that SJ's credulous North American fan base are rich enough to buy their cut rate McMansion on no land in a cheerless burb. Or maybe they were pitching it to Shrek and Fiona, also perceived as credulous and over-larded with money they need to be relieved of.

So, how is SJ enabling grift of credulous North Americans is the news I'd be on the lookout for. I think all the grifters from Tatty Yana on up have scented blood.
The appearance of Stephen Cole's 10th rate logo on SJ's Sunday videos is a sign she's being grifted. His brand campaign, as described in nearly Trumpist terms at his Decadigitus website, starts with a logo. Hopefully better designed than the one he gave SJ, his Decadigitus Chthulu octopus, or the one which graces his Manor Maker scam site (as unscalable/reproducible in any medium as his LaLande logo, and as informationless). I sense the Coles too have sniffed out SJ's clueless and generous fanbase -- trolling them to pay €2500 a pop to sew Disneybound costumes in darkest France, supervised by no one but your fellow ninnies. €10K profit on a workshop for four suckers -- as pointed out here on Tattle, and quickly pulled down by the Coles.
My sense is that the logo on the videos is a sign of the Coles' intent to host their scam workshops at LaLande, which will be subject to the rest of Coles' brand campaign program and ethics. I see him presiding over SJ's fandom in €2500 a pop workshops, wearing his Hugh Hefner robe.

Unlikely to be from the UK as we can't travel from here to France for holidays or to visit family. Only very exceptional cases such as having residency or a family funeral can travel for example. EU nationals can still travel, which includes Ireland? Maybe they are from the EU?
