Not unlike Steve and his wife when they first appeared on the scene. If I recall Steve stayed at the shitto (a few times) while searching for their own chateau. Definitely used Fanny as a stepping stone to launch their own YT channel. But over time it appears they've seen the light and backed away from Fanny - suspect the kitchen tile debacle helped put a damper on the relationship.

But over time it appears they've seen the light and backed away from Fanny - suspect the kitchen tile debacle helped put a damper on the relationship.

I blame that all on Shrek, who got caught up in all the smoke and mirrors, and suspect Sarah saw through it right away, but just played nice to appease Shrek. Their YT channel was more to be a channel for friends and family to keep up with their life in France- Sarah and Shrek don't have a Patron, nor are doing paid adverts- they use their own money, and make money from the workshops they host. If anything, they seem to be close with Simon and Vivian, and there seemed to be an odd dynamic on the trip to Egypt with Fanny and them, and they have not visited the Shitoo since. Even if they have a grievance with Fanny, I don't think they are the type who would ever make it public. But, they did host Pavlina for a few weeks, so that was nice.

Things at the Shitto are so wonky and odd, I don't know what to believe anymore, just like this:

Jolly Ollie (AKA "The Gobbler") certainly showed his true colours when, on his own vlog, he was more upset about his coat getting holes in it from the fireworks than the fact Camilla's hair had actually set on fire, was singed and someone else had to help her extinguish it. Meanwhile, Camilla was holding up a good chunk of her hair, being a good sport, saying, "It was worth it!" while Ollie kept whining over his ruined coat. His birthday card to her declaring her his "favourite wife" was also equally insensitive- Ollie, the world knows you are enamoured with Fanny, so this was definitely NOT cool. I think even Camilla was irked. I actually felt bad for her, and was glad her mum was there to see what an insensitive ass he is.

If everything is stalled why not fix the torn wallpaper in your office or paint or wallpaper all the other rooms that need help? Why wait for surveys and plans etc there is so much more to be done, I know how about those shutters on the outside, put up the Indian thing in the Garden, but mostly fix and paint inside like the kitchen filthy cupboard door . Something just do something

The problem is Fanny had Ian pull out the wall and this likely disrupted the structural integrity of the ceiling above. I believe the ceiling directly above Fanny's office is the floor in Narnia where they discovered original floorboards. They haven't been back to touch that area in atleast 18 months.

Ollie is still very into Fanny. Remember those old photos he posted of him and Fanny together on his Facebook page that were posted here? Did they ever date or did he just always wish to date her? He and Potts shared a flat in London in the same building as Fanny’s flat. He will do anything for her…..he is one of the long term strange trio who will do anything for the little orphan princess…him, Potts, and Baghead Larkin. Strange group of people with intertwined personal, romantic, and financial entanglements. All centered around dysfunctional F4F and the Dump.

I don’t think Camilla is fond of F4F and the hold she has over her husband.

I agree, I think Fanny impulsively and recklessly pulled down the wall without consulting structural engineers and the appropriate building specialists. Just like she impulsively drained the lake because she was too cheap to pay to bring the lake up to the governmental standards and caused more problems long term for the Dump. She carelessly undermined the ground around the chapel by removing tons of dirt to create her expensive failed fantasy garden. The same as not maintaining the electrical and heating systems, allowing the radiators to leak.

You are right. She hasn’t been prancing around Narnia in quite some time.

As always with Stephanie’s attempts to validate her father’s work (and I do believe she cherishes it) I almost feel sorry for her.

In one of her vlogs, she describes the boob painting in her bedroom as something she finds “joyful” and “cheerful”, a painting made by her father when she was 17 or 18 and that she brought to university with her. She says that it’s the first thing she wakes up to every morning.

Imagine bringing Daddy’s painting to your dorm room at university for your friends to look at and admire. The viewer can only infer that it’s probably her father fondling—who?—her mother? Of course, to each her own! Nothing should surprise us after seeing the big used condom painting beside the dining table in Pott’s kitchen.

Clara, do you think Isabelle has been showing beginnings of dementia like symptoms or is she just overwhelmed/ tired from dealing with Percy’s health, Fanny, traveling, and the Dump issues? She seems a bit out of it at times in the past few months of videos.

Imho there are several mental disorders glued to this woman, but dementia is not (yet) one of them.
