According to Brenda she does See Below. The latest message on fb rallying the troops AGAIN.

Thank you all so very much for the many many messages I have received following Stephanie's recent vlog where she tells us about some concerns about the chateau's structure which is going to need urgent attention. I apologise, I have read every message, unfortunately I am unable to reply to each one individually so I will try to give some answers here.

1. This discovery is in the very early stages, however, I am sure they will engage the necessary specialists to examine the situation thoroughly & come up with some options to move forward.

2. Insurance, I am very sure there is an insurance policy attached to the building, what it covers I do not know. I would imagine that will be another days work to investigate & hopefully the outcome will be positive.

3. I do not know what the plans are, at this stage I can speculate they do not know themselves. They will have to wait until they receive the necessary reports, have an in house meeting to discuss their options, before coming up with a workable plan.

4. Donations, thank you for offering to send these. Please note, I will NEVER accept these payments, it is absolutely NOT my place. I would advise anyone wishing to go down that route, to wait, until more information is available, depending on the status, donations may not be required. If it is going to be an option, Lalande will issue the correct procedure to follow.

5. Most importantly, no one is in physical danger at Lalande, the correct protocol is being followed to ensure everyone's safety.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

If you are a patron, great, if not no worries, we won't go down that rabbit hole. There are lots of other ways you can help...here are a few.

We, as a group, make up 10% of Stephanie's channels views, & 5 % of her You Tube followers. If we want to help & make a difference we need to get the message out on You Tube.

1. Give EVERY vlog a thumbs up.

2. Leave a comment on EVERY vlog created by Stephanie on YOU TUBE.

3. Subscribe & hit the notification button to her channels, I will put the links below.

4. Let the adverts run, the full duration on short ads & at least 30 secs on longer ones.

5. View the vlogs multiple times.

6. Share these points in a comment under every vlog on You Tube, make sure it is in sight so that others will follow.

Thank you for your continued support, these actions will help raise the status of Stephanie's channels within You Tube. You Tube will then recommend her channel to viewers, additional subscribers will bring more views followed by potential income.

do we believe her?

Do you watch the hoarding series’ that Curiosity Inc clears out? He has done three. It really is quite sad and overwhelming.
I go through spells of being a voyeur into people's messy lives. I find it fascinating at first, then disturbing. I begin to question my own mental health after awhile and go back to cozy mysteries and charming country lifestyle programs.

I just looked thru the tattle archives . Here is a 2019 news article posted about the Jarvis brother. Derek was the oldest of 3. He had a brother named John who was married to his wife since 1957.

I originally guessed that uncle Jean Christopher could be referred to as John.
But the John Jarvis brother in this article isn’t married to a Sharon. Or, is she married to another Jarvis closely related to the brothers and F4F loosely refers to him as an uncle and that explains the resemblance? Does the John in the article look like a much older version of the Jean Christopher in the above article?

I am confusing myself. Disclaimer, to cover everyone, the above discussion is all speculation for entertainment purposes only. The Mckitten is now officially carry confused.Everything associated with Stephanie Jarvis is strange and never straightforward. Smoke and mirrors 24/7 on every aspect of her life and those surrounding her
I was thinking that the Jean Christophe referred to who I believe lives in Spain was related to the old crone mummy dear not darling daddy.

Who the hell actually knows?
I personally can't even be bothered to work out which wing/rooms/floors "should" be off limits.
Obviously SJ/PJ, IJ/PA, Amaury/Nattie, Aunt/Uncle, Potts and the Larkins will all be fine - no doubt about that! Therefore, "I'm alright Jack" scenario. The rest of the upcoming Christmas residents need to think very carefully about staying, demand hard hats and, perhaps, even danger money. :ROFLMAO:
Just a thought, but no matter whatever their status, they should all ensure that they have up to date travel and life insurance. That's a given! ;)
I wouldn't be wearing my earplugs at night so I could hear the cracks widening and the walls crumbling. I'd have to sleep by a first floor door to the outside in case I had to make a run for it. I'd also sleep in my clothes with my shoes on. After all this preparation, I wouldn't be able to sleep at all. I have my tent and sleeping bag wherever I go. You'll find me tucked away in the woods with Ruby snuggling by my side instead. Happy dreams! 😽

I wonder if the "I'm a content creator"/belly dancer was put into one of the crumbling rooms ... she could re-title her videos "How I survived a very dangerous situation" - should give a lot of clicks on youtube

Lately each screenshot taken from the flog of the Queen of Love Life and Laughter without any difficulties perfectly portrays Stephanie Jarvis as we know (and might not all love) her. No efforts needed, no photoshop either. Striking resemblance with her PR lady Brenda Gibbons too, uncanny really:

[...] they should all ensure that they have up to date travel/life insurance and written a Will too. That's a given, imho!
Would an insurance cover such reckless behaviour like travelling there? Don't they usually have exclusion clauses for bungee jumping and similar things?

Well, if I had received an invite to spend Christmas at the HMN, I would now be making my apologies for not being able to attend, tout suite, after hearing the latest update.
Absolutely nobody on this earth that I know, would be that desperate to spend time there. Time will tell!

Does anyone know why she named it French castle? And look who’s back. 😂😂
I'm certainly no expert on any of the finer points of chateau and castle. I did find this on the know-it-all web that might be helpful. No idea who this poster is so don't take this explanation as gospel. From what I remember Fanny saying in one of her vlogs, the CHMN does have fortifications to defend itself. I do wonder where, when and why Fanny decided to call it a castle. Someone put a bug in her ear about it. I doubt very much if she came up with it on her own. Maybe on one of her visits to another chateau? Personally, I like chateaux better as I'm not a fan of militarization.

I just finished reading a fascinating book about the history of Champagne, both the wine and the region. Many chateaux were built when French wines became very popular in England and the US. French winemaker became extremely wealthy and could afford to build large extravagant homes. If anyone's interested the title of the book is Champagne: How the World's Most Glamorous Wine Triumphed Over War and Hard Times by Don & Petie Kladstrup. It gives a whole new appreciation for what the champagne makers had to go through. 🍾 🥂

It might be worth mentioning that château isn't really the French for a castle. Most châteaux have no real fortifications; they were not built for military purposes.

The French for castle is château fort (strong château) or the French equivalent of fortress (the French word is very similar in spelling).

I guess this image is how we'd like to see SJ addressing the issues with the farmhouse but more likely to see peppermint pigs flying.

Hey Brenda Gibbons,
Like I said, I reported you to YouTube for breaking their rules. By doing so you might jeopardize Stephanie Jarvis’ ability to monetize her channels, which could cause her to drastically loose a big portion of her income. For your information: except for rewarded inventory, publishers may not ask others to click or view their ads or use deceptive implementation methods to obtain clicks or views.
Your ties and relationship to miss Jarvis are clear for all to see, as are your intentions. Telling people they can help Stephanie Jarvis raise more money to deal with her crumbling mansion by watching ads on her Chanel is a direct violation of Google’s rules and regulations and could cause the channel to be banned.

Exactly my point.
Initially anyone could secure holiday/travel insurance to visit the HMN. But, if anything happened during their stay. all insurance companies would eventually investigate the recent revelations made by SJ on her vlogs - common practise these days, including any FB postings too by the "insured" individuals.
Obviously, would depend upon when one took out said holiday travel insurance, of course! BUT, I also imagine that insurance companies have a "get out" clause, that if the circumstances for any travellers' final destination changes, then the ins company should be notified of any additional risks.
So, God forbid, if the absolute worst happened during any "insured" visitors' stay, then their insurance policies might be deemed, null and void!
Therefore, why would any visitor even contemplate going there?
Life insurance and wills are an entirely separate aspect, of course! ;)

To get more unique viewers. Most people won't be familair with the term chateau.

So searches for castles, and SJ's channel will appear in search results.

Many threads back a tattler advised that we should use SJ's full name and chateau in our posts as this would help new tattlers find the site (Stephanie Jarvis of Chateau de Lalande). Not sure if it worked, but with next Thursday's vlog to be a repeat (or edited/revised with same clothes) of the patreon vlog to a much wider audience perhaps the scales will fall and we can expect more readers and even new tattlers, should we revive this, even if its just for a week or so.
