My discipline and career is Behavioural Sciences, yet given a wealth of experience, the ‘why’ of what appeals to people about another person is often totally beyond my ken.
Spelling and grammar - I appall “definate.” Bloody hell, the English language has been butchered and I loathe that. I also appall (can be appal, depending on UK, US and Aussie spelling) all of the misspellings and grammatical errors already listed. There’s an app called “Grammarly,” which I recommend to my students, especially those who have actually written sentences without verbs!

As I recall when one of my kids had braces, insurance would only pay 1K USD max and the rest was out of pocket, which was like another 4K back in the 90s. . Dental insurance in US is a rip off. They typically will only pay 1K per year for any work. They cover 2 cleanings per year. 1 root canal and 1 crown will set you back 2K after insurance kicks in their 1K max per year. Plus you pay monthly premiums.In the US teeth are usually not covered, but we have fluoride in the water in most places. My family never needed braces but they usually are extra even with insurance now around 6 grand!

I was just reading the comments here and I truly cannot understand how excited the commentators are. I used to love CD from the beginning now I see the content as mind numbingly boring and I’ve stopped watching. When I think about that, it’s so disappointing. I’ve wasted time from my life supporting what I see has become boring and selfish. I am quite sure these feelings/observations arose at approximately the same time as gay Phil landed and began with his “my chateau” remarks. Has he bought a share? I need to unsubscribe. The gift channel is sickening. All of those sad sycophants sending “stuff!” The money spent on gifting and postage is insane. I would prefer to support charities that help people and animals. It is not as though the chateau or its inhabitants need anything. The place must literally be busting at the seams! I don’t care if haters resent my comment. I live in a democracy and I will be out of here asap.

This is very interesting. I think that Selmar and Marie 'leaving' was okay with her dim-witted followers but for Dan to go will be a major mistake.
