Yes, Kirsty seems to be a really nice person and for sure a valuable and responsible employee (the animals at the HMN would probably agree and that alone gets her a praise in my book). Based on what you wrote earlier (and I totally agree to it) that would mean that she's at great risk spending her time at Stephanie Jarvis half owned party shed, as she feeds mostly of decent, caring people. I do fear for her, going down the same motions as Dan did, sooner or later.
At the moment (and I have no clue why and no safe way of finding it out quickly) Hanni is not supposed to be talked about in the HMN. Even the smallest reference to the name or person can lead to palpable tensions. My guess is that Nasty Nutty the Argentinian Bully is at the root of that, those two have history of not really liking each other, and maybe Nutty got the same instructions from Stephanie Jarvis as the ones concerning Selmar's treatment? But this is purely my own intuition talking. Like I said, it's not something anybody wants to elaborate over at the moment.
I am no lawyer, but against whom and where to mount a lawsuit strikes me as important. And difficult in this case. Do you sue in the venue where the comment is published, or that in which the commenter lives?

In my humble opinion, I also think Anne Marie knew all the questions his cuz was going to ask him in his interview and that one goal of the interview was to rehabilitate Nasty Nuttys reputation by having nice Amaury (as he has been portrayed in the edited videos to date) express his desires to care for her and make her happy..This was to try to create the impression that if Anne Marie liked Nutty, and Anne Marie seems so nice, that these other people must be lying or have ulterior motives and Nutty must not be so bad. One of the oldest tricks in the book. Also, don’t look at Nuttys nasty behavior or actions, look at Anne Marie’s affection for Nutty, Fannys grief over the loss of her father, Fanny earning an income, Fanny needing a hug (sad Fanny), the loss of Anne Marie’s friend, etc.
I'm not 100% sure yet, but from what I've gathered she's game with all things going on and will appear in the vlogs soon. The dilemma Stephanie Jarvis faces is that she does not want to ignore who she is and where she comes from, but she does not want that kind of serious talk in her shitshow. It will be a balancing act between fun and reality and we all know that's not her strongest talent. I still don't exactly know who Pavelina is and what her previous connection to the charlataine is, but I am convinced there was one.

I for one would like to see her try, turning that monstrosity (both morally and legally) into something positive. With of the seed packets she had been sent (there were thousands, especially in 2020), the Shitoo should have had quite a garden last summer- one that could more than sustain not just the household, but the B&B- especially with the hire of not one, but TWO gardeners (and Selmar was still there, but it seems he had been ousted.) Fanny was more concerned about what pretty flowers could grow than the actual food stuffs, which the only ones I recall from last year were mainly a bumper crop of courgette, and a few wild strawberries (which Fanny ate most of). Apparently, Fanny rarely makes treks of any sort to the greenhouse these days, as Kirsty showed her the lettuce that needs to be used, and the other items that KIRSTY planted and are thriving. SMH. Sadly, Fanny's priorities are that of a 5-year old- "making crafts" vice actually having a hands-on approach to the day-to-day operations of the Shitoo, and making it sustainable, especially in these times of rising food prices. She does favour herself as a modern-day Marie Antoinette, albeit, in lieu of cake, "Let them eat tinned beans!"

Actually, before Corona hit the current Marquis and his wife would visit at least once a year. They rented the whole place a couple of years ago from SJ to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Sometimes the grandkids come by too to remember their childhood holidays spend at the HMN. None of them seem very impressed with how SJ runs the dump though, it's just memory lane for them.they got 800000 euros for that farmhouse 18 years ago...my guess is they never looked back...on their way to the bank...they only used it in the same way Fanny does..just as a summerholidayplace...looking at the state it was in, they didnt care much about it..
From what I've witnessed myself Nutty the Argentinian Bully does not get a lot of attention from Stephanie Jarvis anyway. It's comparable to how the charlataine treats her furniture: all excited and enthusiastic when it was newly gifted or bought with other peoples money so basically for free, but rarely used thereafter. The Bully has done a great job acquiring the position she now has at the HMN, but the bad press and the very likely to be repeated bullying does not do her any wonders. Jarvis will just respond by ignoring her more, I guess, only to increase the chance of a new episode from the woman who just can't contain herself. Another ticking time bomb at the HMN, I'd say.
And Think of all the expensive gifts she hides and the huge amount of pricey gifts and alcohol she gets from patreons visiting the b&b. And the large amount of gifts Nutty tells the gifting person will not be shown on air. Have to say...no big McD fan, but yesterday was my first day out again...had to bring some papers to the accountant..as a result from covid my taste and smell is still not back... my husband insisted on a hamburger...so we stopped at the Mcdrive...i also ate one...and damn that thing i actually could taste...i said to my husband...i can taste this...makes me wonder how much rubbish is in there...
