I guess that few parents who are told their child is brain dead/dying are able to accept it but years ago, there was no Google to search or quack doctors to be found offering false hope. Add in social media and there will be an "army" of semi-literate low IQ followers to encourage their delusion. Meanwhile a child's body is literally rotting in an ITU depriving other children of a chance at life while the parent lodges court case after court case/appeals/more appeals. I think the Government really need to look at how these cases are handled because sadly I just think there will be yet more of them in the coming years.
Oh i am 100% for organ donation, he could have "lived on" with the gift of life to others.

I think that conversation occurred within a few days or a week of him being admitted to hospital. Once she said she didn't want him being an organ donor the hospital would have respected her wishes. That was the end of the subject. She has been latched on by the loony so called 'journalist' with her brain death organ harvesting conspiracy so she now makes it part of the story.
I also think the media need to have a look at how they handle such scenarios. I fully get that, in the circumstances, they were reluctant to even slightly challenge the bull she was spouting. But they should have attempted to achieve a bit of balance imo. I didn't (thankfully) see many of her interviews, but I think they should have at least highlighted the hospital/ court side of things. The reasons why certain actions were being taken, or why certain court decisions were made. Not just bringing her on to programmes to be interviewed, and behaving like nodding dogs towards her.
By chance, I saw a snippet of a programme after the poor child was finally laid to rest, and she was there among other bereaved parents who were concerned about online influences, in relation to their children's deaths. She should have been dropped like a hot potato, from all publicity, not further indulged, imo.
Even if the media summarised the Judge's decisions in very simple plain words, that would help. Add some reason in rather than just emotion. There are always two sides to every story, only the Doctors can't sit and be interviewed (for very good reason, I'd add).

Put a notice on the screen after they nodded their way through her diatribe, stating simply this is the decision XYZ, and keep a bit of balance that way. It was sickening to see them going along with her bull. I fully get that none of them wanted to be the bad guy versus the mother of the child, but it was appalling.

He was now standing on the stairs and went unconscious (as if he was holding his breath) and slumped forward tightening the loose ligature around his neck that Hollie couldn’t get off so she ran outside and then back inside and snapped the dressing gown cord and he fell over the banister and fell 8 foot banging his head.
It was a neighbour who started CPR but Hollie has changed this to her performing CPR.
The paramedics estimated he was without oxygen for 40 minutes but Hollie has re written this to a couple of minutes.
She says his lips were slightly pale but the inquest says they were blue and his face was pale.

If we are to believe Hollie Archie was responding and getting better but the hospital wanted his organs so they did something to him so he stopped responding just before his MRI scan. The doctors conspired to baffle the judge with their medical terms. The judge refused to accept any evidence from her American Doctor who had evidence you can recover and heal from brain death. They executed and murdered her son.

No, I highly doubt they were ever going to be able to donate his organs even if his family had really wanted to, just due to how long he'd been without oxygen before he got to the hospital (and the fact the doctor can't verify exactly how long that was either) so there's already a risk of tissue death was probably too great.
There's no way they'd risk putting another patient through an organ transplant surgery (with its stress on the body and the risk of infection, etc) if there's a chance the organ tissue was already dead/failing. We know some of his tissue was literally necrotic by the end, but 40 minutes is a long time to be without oxygen or a pulse so that's when the damage will have first started.
I'd include the following too, as they form major tenets of her lunatic rantings:
1) Nursing staff were cruel and actively blocking his recovery, whilst cruelly starving her at the same time.
2) He was costing the NHS too much, so they let him die rather than save him.
The thing that enrages me about the entire scenario is the waste of resources - medical, nursing, equipment - that were denied to ill children whilst this farce was allowed to drag on for months.
I hold such a deep, visceral loathing for that specimen it sort of worries me.

It’s truly unfortunate that in all of these kinds of sceanarios the self proclaimed “victim” can go around spouting whatever nonsense they like, no data protection, no litigation concerns, not even the most basic privacy concerns whereas the “accused” generally can’t discuss/defend themselves because they’re bound by legislation.
We can never hear from the medically and/or legally informed (intelligent) side and what little we do get is dismissed as “the bigwigs think they’re so clever, they’re trying to silence me and baffle with big words, it’s all a cover up and lies, they’re out to get little old me”. And so many people are scared, intimidated, belittled by “authority” or simply don’t understand what they’re hearing they still side with the “victim” in the face of actual evidence.
