It’s truly unfortunate that in all of these kinds of sceanarios the self proclaimed “victim” can go around spouting whatever nonsense they like, no data protection, no litigation concerns, not even the most basic privacy concerns whereas the “accused” generally can’t discuss/defend themselves because they’re bound by legislation.
We can never hear from the medically and/or legally informed (intelligent) side and what little we do get is dismissed as “the bigwigs think they’re so clever, they’re trying to silence me and baffle with big words, it’s all a cover up and lies, they’re out to get little old me”. And so many people are scared, intimidated, belittled by “authority” or simply don’t understand what they’re hearing they still side with the “victim” in the face of actual evidence.
