The Archie Battersbee case #17

Said it before and I’ll say it again. She truly is the underclass, take take take from society while contributing precisely duck all.
She needs to be in prison, should have been remanded straight to custody when she was found guilty.

So no neck brace, no spinal board, carried out by ankles, not taken to London an hour away! It’s almost she’s blaming the paramedics at every opportunity she can.
I work in the NHS, and yeah paramedics are known for treating mostly dead children like this. Can’t roll my damn eyes hard enough:

When a child is involved they would go above and beyond where normally they would have been declared dead. He was already in livor mortis when the neighbour started CPR as he had blue lips and pale complexion. I think Holly saying he was only hanging for a few minutes instead of 10 or 15 may have skewed the entire medical response.

Yep totally, they absolutely went above and beyond for him,
I see these folks in action and I know they do their utmost for all patients and especially a child.

The poor crew having to deal with the circumstances of how Archie was and then having to deal with the family. That poor boy never stood a chance. I hope she has plenty of time to think about her actions for how all her children turned out behind bars

I don't use this word very often, as I personally find it quite offensive. But in Hollie's case, it is the only word I found that accurately describes her. bleep.

That's the last time I will write it here, but you know in every future post I make, it is what I am thinking of her.

Still cannot find anything regarding her first, pre 2004 GBH conviction. Still looking.

Too old to be on any internet site unfortunately. Some newspapers are archived but not that recent.

She has built a wall of lies. That is her truth. The reality of the truth behind that wall is devastating. She will blame everybody else. The medics, the hospital, the Police, the courts, online challenges, trolls. She only needs a mirror.

Equally, I can't remember the details but this definitely ring a bell. There was obviously something for it to do so with several of us.
I've tried to search, admittedly, briefly. I found this from the inquest.
The EMS reported Tom arguing with the police.

Reading this, makes me wonder how and why they got him back at hospital, how he ended up on life support. It was clear he was DOA.

She will never, in her entire life, think she is any way to blame for any of this. Always someone else's fault.

I'd imagine that she kicked up merry hell and it was done purely to appease a distressed mother... only look at the tit show that it led to.

I do hope though she can get the proper grief counselling and mental health support she so obviously needs behind bars.

She had plenty of opportunity following Arrchie's death. Why should my tax £'s be spent counselling her in prison? I want it to be spent on bread and water for her.

Exactly this. And then the medical teams in the hospital basically having to deal with a dead body. She denied the child help in life, help that he was crying out for. And then she would not allow him to die in a dignified fashion.

For some reason, much of the underclass - aka chavs, hate the emergency services. They'll set light to ambulances, throw bricks at fire engines... so I can only imagine the police get it worse.

Tom strikes me as the sort of person to shout and argue first, and not listen. I can't imagine what that day was like for emergency services working on and for Archie. It must have stayed with them.

Fortunately most people know Hollie is full of crap. I'd want a prison stint to humble her, but I don't think that's in her.

I'm nearly here age, and I can't begin to think of how prison would be for me. Fifty isn't old these days, but it's old enough to be bloody difficult to start again. If she gets five years she'll be 55/56 and possibly a grandmother (I don't know if Tom or Lauren are in long term relationships). Can you imagine yet another generation ducked up by this chavalanche of a family? :(

Sorry, stupid question time. How do I get to the first page (that is "The Archie Battersbee Case #1")?

I'll delete this post once I have an answer.

Thank you
