Does anyone know how to make a new thread?
I found this but I'm sure I read somewhere that you can't do it if you've been a member for less than a certain amount of time. In order to prevent trolling. I've only just stopped being a "new member" so I'm not sure if I'm allowed.

UPDATE - I tried but have I have no option to start a new thread. It will need to be a member that's been here longer.

What an ungrateful cow re the NHS,20/30 years ago they probably wouldn`t have been able to keep Archie`s body going like that.I personally think the NHS has created a rod for it`s own back,it was such a benevolent idea but sadly successive generations of Brits have grown up thinking everything medical should be free. There aren`t many,if any other countries that give so many treatments either subsidised or free. When my mother lived in Germany (late 1980`s) the government automatically took 10% of her salary and her husband`s for medical insurance. Some people don`t know they`re bloody born!
I can't see any case to answer , there's actual physical proof of the childs condition.
