We keep hearing about Hollie Dance's moves to change the law. Which law is she referring to and what are her proposed strategies to change it? Or does she want a new law and what will it contain?

It's so sad but undoubtedly true. If Archie had dreams of being a doctor or lawyer or engineer, they would have been sabotaged either directly or indirectly by his family.
Something I have been concerned about if he was inappropriately exposed to sex work, is whether he was being approached, via punters asking his mum, for the same. That breaks my heart, poor kid. It's totally speculation on my part, but I don't think it's too much of a leap to at least wonder.
Exactly this. The truth is horrific enough. We don't need to add more wild theories of cover-ups etc that we already know for sure can't be true because of the absolute facts we already have.

Absolutely gross to see people name calling a dead little boy just because he doesn't meet social norms of what a 'good' child looks like. What is this thread becoming man? Hasn't he been through enough without strangers shredding him a new one?
I don't think there's many children in the world who would be polite, well groomed little things with a mother like HD.
So when are you allowed to say it? 15? 18? First conviction?

Nobody is saying any of it is his fault, but it doesn't mean he was an angel just because he isn't an adult yet.
Why as an adult do you feel the need to say a child isn't 'nice' that's the question? It's one thing saying he clearly had a rough upbringing but commenting on whether a child is nice is just cold. Yes the circumstance around his life/death make it worse, but it would be the same even if he was alive.

And please don’t have a go at me, I was just asking the question as it was something that I read on threads from other ppl. That’s not what I think myself, as of course I obviously didn’t know him personally.
I only joined this site a few days ago and still reading through all the threads regarding this case, so I am learning as I go along everyday from what I am reading on here and other sites regarding Archie’s sad situation.

In response to your question, yes, it did appear that he was following in line with his family.
I don't see the issue with asking the question seeing as though all anyone is shown by HD is one version of him and it doesn't necessarily mean your placing blame at his feet.
I doubt it.
There will likely be a lull until the funeral then she will be back needing attention from anyone who will give her the time for it. It may then quieten off until the inquest starts & she'll be do the day time telly rounds again.

The poster wasn't name calling. The poster didn't say he wasn't nice, they said that they had 'read' he wasn't nice.
Behavioural problems seem to be linked to his demise which is obviously going to be part of the discussion.

Following on about him being exposed to sex work, I grew up in an area where as industry shut down, marriages crumbled and poverty quickly crept in. I went to school with a girl and a lad who's mother's both 'worked'. And as a side note, I have no issue with a woman who does what she needs to for the benefit of her family.
Anyway. My point being, the girl coped way better than the lad did. It was difficult for him. He was jealous of the attention his mother courted. Obviously the thought of men with his mother for money bothered him as he felt he should be taking care of her. Embarrassed when other kids teased him about it ( before SM)and to say it had a detrimental effect on his own relationships with women would be an understatement.
Plus Archie was at such a delicate age and his mother's clinginess with him, it was just a shitshow waiting to happen.
Sadly I think the media are probably too involved with Liverpool at the moment.........
Sad to say, with Archie’s ADHD (and other problems) coupled with his environment he was fairly likely to go down the drug taking/dependency route.

Poor little guy. What a life he seemed to have. Violent father who beat his mother in front of him, then seemed not to have much to do with him. Mother doing sex work and Archie surrounded by drug taking and poor parenting. Yet Archie seemed to really love his mother. Sounds like no one was caring for him properly or listening to him. Had only just turned 12. RIP Archie, I hope you’re at peace wherever you are.
I don't think I actually did just questioning why you are policing what people think and when they are allowed to think it.

Wonder if HoLi is feeling deflated. There’s always the funeral though.
