Not that it matters either way but Anna is 31 this year.
Thanks, my bad. I though she was turning 30. It’s anyway an irrelevant number when framing a conversation about discussing other people’s life choices. As I said, in my view, speculation about trying to conceive is inappropriate regardless of someone’s age, be that 29, 31 or 40.

Really that deadstock tracksuit is the ugliest thing I've ever seen.

Does anyone else inwardly cringe hearing the word ‘deadstock’. My mind goes to depop sellers trying to fog weird crap as ‘deadstock’. (Rather like that tracksuit)

I love the linen shirt / jeans look, I love a lot of her bags and I really like her taste in interiors (westelm overload aside) but I cannot fathom the tracksuits

Oh no, please don’t speculate if someone’s trying for a baby or not. Also saying it’s time after Lily and Rich is just weird. Anna is 29 why the pressure to have a kid? And even if she was 40 no one should pressure her about conceiving. It’s their choice, (or if any issues, their struggle) let’s not get into that!

yes, hate this - none of my friends have kids and we’re all 32-33... don’t understand why people online hound influencers asking if they’re planning to conceive and the assumption that they should be at least thinking about it. It’s not the 1950s!

In her video she says she’s a UK 10-12 but I think she looks a lot smaller!
It could be because of her shoulders and overall big bone structure?
Like I am 5’2’’ but quite curvy, so if it’s a dress or a top made out of a stretchy material I am an 8, if not I am a 10. And things like shirts, cardigans and anything with buttons - I can fit into a size 6 but my boobs don’t 😂

She’s for sure a 10 or 12, she’s very straight, she doesn’t have big hips or big boobs, she’s wider in the shoulders too

I think she is a size 10-12 too, i think size 8 will be too small for her. Agreed that she has a very flat body, she doesnt have visible boobs, waist and hips. She is also quite tall i think. I think you look smaller than you are when you have flatter boobs, and that is exactly Anna’s body type.

I cannot watch her video anymore, i really enjoyed her video at the beginning of lockdown but now they look the same.

she is also not fixated of sizing like some other influencers

Agree 10/12 she’s 5ft6/7 if I remember and although she’s slim she’s not shot from the st ropes of Holland sized

Also her bone structure is bigger than Lizzy, Lindsey and BB, when she keep dressing up like them it just not going to work :(
Was about to make a similar comment, its easy to see were her inspiration comes from but it does not always translate well on her.

I am a bit puzzled on why she cant try out different kind of clothes to find the proper fit for her body, it would have made for interesting content and could help out a lot of people that have similar shaped bodies. She could always try and adapt the style she likes and pick pieces that flatter her body. Only a few people can get away with the chick, oversizes, trendy look.

To be honest she also doesn’t seem to know how to photograph those outfits. Occasionally you would see her wear some things in her vlog that actually suit her but you can’t tell that based on those awkwardly set up photos.

Brittany Bathgate is the complete opposite. She’s very good at choosing her angles. I do like her stile but in real life she is so much shorter than most people assume based on her IG feed. I’ve run into her twice and, although her outfits were great, both times she looked like a child playing dress-up with her mom’s clothes.

Oh I love Brittany's style, and I think there are many people that just feel comfortable wearing those styles ~

I love her style, I wear very similar clothes to hers (although on a tighter budget 😂). And just like Brittany, I am also petite, so many of these pieces absolutely drown me, as many of her outfits drown her in real life too. I think it’s mostly the problem with brands not catering to different body shapes. There is no reason why a certain design couldn’t be adapted to all body types with minor changes, but sadly, brands are lazy and mostly cater to people with model-like physique as they know many aspire to look like that.

I was mostly trying to point out that Anna doesn’t have a skill to enhance an outfit through photography, unlike BB who does it really well.

I really like Anna’s style, cowhide joggers excluded. she has lovely taste, and puts things together well. I’ve been influenced by her a few times.

Ok, I'm getting on my sustainability soapbox again...

Anna's style is very basic, minimal, and pretty attainable (the styles she likes can be found at various price points). BUT, if you're going to buy some basic linen drawstring pants WHY would you go to H&M-owned Arket? She has the finances to buy sustainable, responsibly-made, slow fashion pieces (unfortunately she ends up buying Interview with a Vampire shirts, but I digress). There are so many slow fashion brands that make these basic silhouettes and there are tons of brands on Etsy that sell made to order pieces. I've noticed a few comments about Arket's limited sizing, so again, if you want to recommend basic linen pieces, try out some brands that have extended sizing and are actually responsibly made because let's not forget that Anna won't be buying makeup from brands that aren't diverse, but she's okay with buying from brands that exploit Black and Brown people?! I certainly don't judge people for shopping fast fashion because sometimes that's the only option, but for someone like Anna who prides herself on "buying less, buying better", she cherry picks when it suits her (and where her #sponcon is coming from).

Also, what was all that word salad about Arket's linen? It's farmed on land that is otherwise not arable? I couldn't find anything on the website about it.
