I just found, agrees that it is beautifully presented. Looks like the kitchen gets great light. I never realised there was a stained glass feature, it’s quite cool and adds a bit of character. I love their decor but always thought there was something a bit off with their sitting room lay out and the sofas - I remember she said as much about the sofas in an old flat tour.

Interesting that the price was reduced on 10 June, I wonder is the area not especially attractive or are they really on top of their neighbours?
I wouldn't say the area was unattractive as they are a stone's throw from several train stations that go direct to London (won't say which ones for privacy).

Evidently shilling overpriced skincare and ill fitting jeans on instagram pays well.

Ah yes, found it this morning. It is a very lovely flat. They’ve done a great job in renovating it; whoever has purchased won’t have much to do except new flooring/paint colours, if they don’t like Anna and Mark’s choices.

Why on Earth doesn’t she take photos next to those beautiful stained glass windows?? They can’t be very identifying for the building, surely?

For those looking for it, use Rightmove, tick the filter to include sold properties, then set your price to minimum and maximum £375,000 and bedrooms to minimum and maximum 2, in order to get down from something like 2,000 flats in the area. It took me a minute to recognise it (it was the kitchen chairs that got me in the end!), as there are apparently hundreds of beautiful flats for sale in Brighton, and they are ALL decorated exactly like Anna’s 😂

It's a lovely place, I wouldn't mind living there long term. The bathroom isn't to my taste, but hey, it's not my bathroom.

I'm curious about what kind of a place they will be moving to next; I usually like Anna's taste in decor. It's not very unique or exciting but it's clean and I like the simplicity. I hope she doesn't pull a Lily Pebbles and decorate her new house with whatever freebies she is offered and create a senseless mess, only to complain about it afterwards. Despite her strange fashion sense, I don't mind Anna being "boring" much, as I'm not subscribed and I only watch her maybe a dozen times a year; but I'd be interested to keep up to see home renovations.

I AM SO THRILLED SOMETHING EXCITING IS HAPPENING TO HER MUNDANE LIFE!!!

Packing, moving and renovating vlogs are my fave. Can’t wait to resubscribe and watch.

Just had a snoop, seems way bigger than I imagined, no mention of the attic either? Only 111 years on the leasehold too. They will definitely be upgrading to somewhere with outdoor space, she has made no secret of saving up to buy the next place, so I assume a huge upgrade £££. Brighton prices are similar to London.

My little early thirties, been saving for a decade, on a regular salary, battling rapidly increasing house prices and living costs brain in just marvelling that it is possible for these people to spend hundreds of pounds per month on clothes and beauty products, and STILL be able to save enough for a large deposit on a bigger property 😱

Do this exact search and you’ll find it.

They bought it for £318,000 so quite a nice profit in 5 years!
they seem to have put on market for £400k (‘guide price £400-425’ on onthemarket.com). They really gutted the place and put so much love into it, especially in creating quite luxe bathrooms so I thought 60k might have been a little disappointing for them ultimately.

it actually is such a gorgeous place, much more sensible than most influencers and very ‘real’ but quite cool and chic. They took on a fair bit of DIY themselves too.

they bought May 2015 and her first videos there are August 2015, I went back and had a peek and this is the first video there:

(First impressions and a mini vlog 23 August 2015)

you see a bit more of the flat in Weekly Vlog #37 too.

actually feeling v nostalgic for Anna and Mark, they built a lovely home and I know they can be boring but she is deffo my favourite of the British influencers

i am stalkish, if you check the house prices, they seem to list it in May2018 but i think sales felt through. It is a large place, and tbh her interior style is much better than Lily, i really like Lily old flat (which is similar to Anna), but it was Lily’s greed that ruin the flat.
Agreed with what you guys said, a lot of lovely flat in Brighton, which also comes with lovely interior.

I feel you. Find a way to get into the housing ladder maybe through help to buy or some starter flat, at least you are in there. Good luck!

It really is a lovely flat! I wonder if they have put an offer on a new home and lowered the price to move things along. I'm interested to see where they move to next, agree with everyone that has said it will be a major upgrade with outside space. Maybe that's why Anna was so secretive about where Mark disappeared to :ROFLMAO:.

I wonder if this is why Anna recently made videos of every room in the flat again - her last chance to get content out of them all before they move on! I’m quite looking forward to her moving/redecoration videos, Anna has decorated the flat nicely so I’m sure the new place will be nice too.

Finally found it on Rightmove, and I can’t see the info on the loft? I know they had one but it’s not on floor plan/description?

I hope she doesn't succumb to the typical ain't trends. Window shopping on Rightmove makes me realised that you don't need Hague Blue/ Devol Kitchen to make your house look nice, sometimes is just some personal touch that makes it look cosy. The photographer that the listing company hired did a great job

To be fair, Rightmove rarely put up the info on attic space on those floorplans, even if the residence in question is a massive detached house.

( ... I may spend too much time nosing at houses on Rightmove... )
